Accordingly, such a simple operation has to be performed from the cash desk of the branch, which is impossible on weekends, so there is also a lunch break. Today, not only did I get to lunch time and waited 15 minutes for the cash register to open, but also a technician came just before my turn and the cash register closed without warning for maintenance. At the same time, no word on what time this event is. In general, the service does not correspond to the city branch of the bank. Not only is it inconvenient, but there is also no respect for your customers' time.

It takes about 20 minutes for the collection to arrive, the doors were opened, and when asked if the central bank would work, there was silence, as well as when the collection was repeated. This was followed by a call to the bank, and after listening for a long time from the robot, they switched me to a specialist! The girl found this department within 20 seconds and reported! What do they have in the internal regulations of the Central bank today with one cashier working until 18.00! CURTAIN! And you customers stand at the door and wonder if the bank will open the door for you or not! P.S. this was the last straw, I wish you a speedy closure of this bank!
