A very unfortunate experience of visiting this vet institution . No receptionist at the reception ( which is no problem at all ) they don 't know that in order to export an animal, it needs to be chipped and vaccinated against rabies . The most outrageous thing is that the veterinarian does not know about this, although I have repeatedly told her that we need to vaccinate kittens to leave Belarus, she gave us a general vaccination for urolithiasis and so on, and did not even inform us that the animals need to be chipped and rabies treated!!! Thanks to this institution, our tickets were burned and we had to endure quarantine for 21 days. They don 't have international passports either , they were sent to the state veterinary clinic , forgetting to mention the main thing for departure . There is also a disgusting smell of dirty trays in the clinic (ammonia from urine or something like that), it hurts my eyes when I enter .

I had to visit the clinic 4 times in 1 month, and each time our appointment started at least 30 minutes after the scheduled time. The question arises, why is every appointment, regardless of its nature (vaccination, initial or repeated consultation, detailed examination, surgery), given 15 minutes? Today we arrived at our time (10:00) 10 minutes earlier, but it turned out that in 50 minutes of working time, the specialist did not have time to see even one patient. How can such an attitude towards patients be characterized, given the considerable cost of services? I would like to add that the cat disliked this institution from the first visit - not a single veterinary clinic in Crimea, Moscow and the Moscow region caused him rejection. The Kolobok Veterinary Clinic should review organizational issues, including a preliminary call or SMS reminding of the time of admission and confirmation of the appointment. Personally, I do not consider visiting this vet clinic. We must respect people who seek help by paying for all services in full!

Our situation was critical: without the intervention of our beloved dog (mini Toy Terrier, 13 years old) She would have died in terrible agony, and she and we would have been forced to go through hell. We came on the first day, did it, and immediately found out how much it would cost the second time. They came a month later to get a second vaccination against viruses and rabies. And then the fun started. : At first, the veterinarian could not give a normal injection, he injected a needle into the dog several times, but it did not work out, and only somehow it turned out the third time, plus our dog had pain in the place where the injection was given for about 3-4 days, so at the moment when they picked him up, it hurt him on the the back. When it was time to pay, for some reason they called the amount significantly higher than the one they had originally said. While we were trying to figure out why it turned out to be more expensive, they didn't explain it to us, they said some nonsense. And while we were figuring out what was wrong, it turned out that we had to pay even more! After that, it became clear that this clinic was focused on making more money from the client, rather than helping our four-legged friends. Plus, the employees are far from professionals and they would still like to study and learn.

At the reception, it was clarified that the cat (4 years old) had disappeared and returned three months later (01.09.26) as a skeleton, its weight was about 1.8 kg, how it returned to me is still a miracle and a mystery. In another clinic, we were injected for three days, the cat was better and they told us to wait until 07.09 to take tests, but for now to fatten up, but we decided not to wait, because our health worsened and we would contact Kolobok on 09/06/2026. It was clear that the cat was in serious condition, they donated blood, said that you can pay extra and the tests will be ready this time same day. They gave me a fever shot on the spot. On this day, no one reported that the tests were ready. The cat died at night. They called from the clinic the next day on 07.09 at 9:54 that the tests were ready, nothing critical. Although the clinic is open from 9:00 a.m., when they called us, they said that there were a lot of people and they forgot to inform us that the tests were ready. But it seems to me that when people pay for an accelerated result, they should get it, especially since these are not preventive tests, and so we could take these tests much cheaper the next day. The director called me and sympathized, but will it really help? P.S. The director said that we were accepted without an appointment, yes, but we served about 2 hours in the queue and the money was paid in full, not at a discount. No one offered to refund the money for the accelerated test, which turned out to be not accelerated. As the director said, we may or may not be friends. And after a while, I think it's better not to be.
