The change of doctors Ekaterina and Roman is the best here, THEY are the ONLY ones who can respectfully watch and cure your fuzzy. It's not scary to leave them on them, they know their business.The second shift that works there is TERRIBLE, you can't get through to them, and if you do, they will send you "we don't know anything about the new shift", they don't know if he ate or not (although they have to feed him themselves), they don't know which doctor is dealing with him now, they don't care about your pet, he's just there Nobody needs it. She left her cat in the hospital, everything was fine with Ekaterina's shift, even Roman could talk about his condition , although he did not treat him. BOTTOM LINE: THE SECOND SHIFT IS NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS AND STRESSES FOR THE OWNERS , AND THE MINUS OF THE LIFE OF THEIR BELOVED FUZZY , THEY JUST KILLED HIM !! The only thing I don't understand is how can I take blood from the neck (the junction of the oral activity and the trunk)???? Kaaak? Although I'm not a veterinarian and I don't understand this, but Where did you put the tourniquet?? Not even a medic here will understand that this is not possible! Disgusting clinic!!! Treated with the problem of the manifestation of a serious illness of a dear family member. The cat began to lose weight, the appearance of ulcers in the oral cavity, the appearance of bleeding ulcers on the body. After the reception, the "doctor" Artyom said that it was an ear mite. Month after month, the cat was treated, expensive injections were given, no less expensive medicines, pills, ointments were bought!!! Relief of symptoms and a new one!!! After a year, Artyom finally decided to do an ultrasound, after the answer: well, yes, there is something, but this is against the background of the disease. We continued treatment with the same drugs, the result was the same as in the first year!! We thought about the qualification and correctness of Artyom's decision to say that an ear mite and turned to another clinic, the result was shocking, CANCER!!!! For 2.5 years, we treated the cat for a fucking ear mite!!! How can one engage in this activity if there is no understanding of the animal's condition? As I understand it, it turns out that you are simply profiting from the lives of your family members, knowing that a person will give any money just to keep a pet alive!! Our cat was 9 years old, he would still live and live, but one erroneous decision of the "doctor" and everything went downhill!!! You break people's lives with your actions, not only animals, I wish you closure and poverty of your animal business!!!
