It's the size where you can find everything you're looking for, but the aisles are always empty and you can't find most of the things you're looking for. They are inadequate in terms of stock control. Many products do not have price tags. Well, if you find staff to find out the price and make comparisons, fine. You do not have a chance to pay the staff at the checkout before the GSM call ends. Although the brand is very valuable to me, it seems to have attempted commercial suicide. Come on, it's a pity.

Koçtaş istanbul forum is generally nice. Easy to reach. There is also no problem with parking due to the fact that it is located in the same campus as forum istanbul and ikea. When we come to the store, the physical conditions are good. You can easily find many of the products you are looking for. However, according to a store of that size, the number of staff is probably insufficient. It can sometimes be difficult to find someone in the departments.

The service service is not provided for the ceiling fan that we bought from Koçtaş to our workplace. I have called about 10 times so far, the last time being on June 19, to create a service request, but the service has not been redirected in any way, and our grievance continues. It is really unacceptable that no concrete steps have been taken despite the creation of a record for every call I make, that no one still comes to our workplace despite the fact that I have repeatedly opened a request. We have lost time in this process and we cannot benefit from the product. The registration number given to me in my last request is 190973. Now, in order for this victimization not to be prolonged any further, I demand that an authorized service be directed to the ceiling fan at our workplace as a matter of urgency and that the problem be resolved as soon as possible. Also, if you don't want to be a victim, definitely don't choose.

I would like to thank Sultan Hanım, Süleyman Bey and Pınar Hanım for their interest. They helped me quickly to find the products I wanted even though it was late :))

Despite the fact that it is a very large store, the settlement mobilization is still continuing. Because of these studies, the staff is not interested in anyone either. It's not that he's not looking for his old moving times, in terms of product variety.

I think the product range is very weak. It's a building market here, but it's full of grocery goods.
