Koçtaş istanbul forum is generally nice. Easy to reach. There is also no problem with parking due to the fact that it is located in the same campus as forum istanbul and ikea. The service service is not provided for the ceiling fan that we bought from Koçtaş to our workplace. I have called about 10 times so far, the last time being on June 19, to create a service request, but the service has not been redirected in any way, and our grievance continues. It is really unacceptable that no concrete steps have been taken despite the creation of a record for every call I make, that no one still comes to our workplace despite the fact that I have repeatedly opened a request. We have lost time in this process and we cannot benefit from the product. The registration number given to me in my last request is 190973. Now, in order for this victimization not to be prolonged any further, I demand that an authorized service be directed to the ceiling fan at our workplace as a matter of urgency and that the problem be resolved as soon as possible. Also, if you don't want to be a victim, definitely don't choose.
