I constantly order from ozone to this pick-up point, I have never had any problems with delivery or receipt. Yes, there are queues, but the operators work fast enough) you need a passport and a phone number to get it. You receive an electronic queue ticket, wait for your number, tell or show the operator your Georgian phone number and passport, sign in, receive the order and that's it, no problem. All operators speak excellent English if you don't know Georgian.
