Great hotel. Calm, polite, friendly staff. Especially Director Yana and Sonya. Clean and comfortable. A good breakfast. Convenient location in the city. The desire to return to the hotel when arriving in Karlovy Vary next time.

This is the fourth time we have stayed at the Romania Hotel and we are very satisfied. Very friendly and professional staff, convenient location, good breakfasts. It's great that the hotel has an agreement with the Lazne V hospital, we are treated there with a 20% discount. We wish the hotel continued prosperity! Guests from Novosibirsk are Chernovs.

Nice hotel. The staff is calm and polite. Clean and comfortable. A good breakfast. Very convenient location. Unfortunately, now Europe has to add another position to the hotel rating. The attitude towards Russian guests is restrainedly cool. But now it's the norm. Sadly.
