Great hotel. Calm, polite, friendly staff. Especially Director Yana and Sonya. Clean and comfortable. A good breakfast. Convenient location in the city. The desire to return to the hotel when arriving in Karlovy Vary next time.

A pleasant hotel in the city center, not too luxurious, but overall leaves a good impression. The breakfasts are average, but at the same level for their price. Pleasant staff, good sound insulation.

A cozy, clean hotel. Friendly Russian-speaking staff. A variety of breakfasts. A lovely room for one with good linen and towels.
