I couldn't have asked for a better location. The hotel is right in the city center, within easy walking distance of all the main sights — the Opera House, Republic Square, the Cascade — as well as the best nightlife streets. Everything was just a few minutes away. The breakfasts were delicious, with a good mix of local and international dishes. The staff was always polite, helpful, and smiling. But the real highlight was the view. My room was on an upper floor, and from the window, I could see the majestic Mount Ararat. Waking up to that sight every morning felt like a blessing. Comfortable, well-located, and reasonably priced for what it offers. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Yerevan. Whether you're here for sightseeing, nightlife, or both — this hotel is a fantastic choice.

It was very clean with a good breakfast, but the was non-smoking room in hotel and this is not good at all. Their attitude was very good and friendly. The access to Republic Square and the rest of the city was great. The location of the hotel was good. Overall, I am satisfied.

The staff at the hotel is wonderful and very caring. During breakfast, an employee brought a sandwich to the guest, which was prepared especially for him, because he did not like the choice of the buffet menu. This attitude captivates and delights. My husband's birthday was on the arrival date, and we had a nice greeting card and fruit waiting for us. Room cleaning and towel change daily, as well as replenishment of bottled water. The breakfasts are varied and delicious. Everything in the room is comfortable: from shelves to an iron and a hair dryer, the air conditioning is excellent. The audibility let us down a bit, but it didn't cause us any discomfort. The location is very convenient, close to the center, there are many restaurants and cafes nearby, as well as a great park.

The hotel left sooo wonderful impressions. The location is convenient - it is the city center. There are all kinds of restaurants and cafes nearby. Thank you to my travel agency Persona Grata for putting me up at this hotel! Firstly, the location is in the small ring of the city, 8-10 minutes walk to the center along beautiful streets or Mashtots Avenue, secondly, it is a wonderful environment: exit from the hotel to a wonderful square with fountains, a restaurant and wonderful ice cream, thirdly, the comfort of the room with a five-star mattress, bathroom and shower and branded towels, the whole gentleman's set, and especially the view from the window to the garden, and from the other side to Mount Ararat! The breakfasts are such that lunch is not necessary from 7 to 11, I went at 7 and at 10.30, after that only dinner. The staff is wonderful, at the reception, no matter what you say, they say thank you. The head of the reception Khachatur, a handsome, educated and very empathetic person, extended my room for a couple of hours as a compliment from the hotel, I flew out a little later. The international coffee festival has been held in our park for the last 2 days, it's fun and delicious! I will remember Holiday Inn Express with gratitude!

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. First of all, the location is excellent, the city center. Everything you need is within walking distance. Very friendly staff at the hotel, at the reception, at the bar. The breakfast is delicious, although a bit monotonous. The beds are comfortable, the linen is clean. Cleaning is normal, drinking water is in sufficient quantity. You can always ask for bottled water additionally, for example, with you on excursions. Nice hotel, rooms after a good modern renovation, but of course very small. It's fine for 3 days, but not very good for more days. I really liked the breakfast: eggs, herbs, vegetables, fruits, Armenian coffee. The location is very good: All the attractions are within walking distance, and there are good restaurants nearby. Excellent hotel in the city center, all major attractions are accessible (15-20 minutes). The rooms are clean, courteous service, helpful staff. We stayed at the hotel from May 17th to 20th. Of course, there are disadvantages, for example, the ventilation on the 14th floor is noisy, but, in general, the hotel is on the 5th. I was especially pleased with the breakfasts and the kitchen in general. Excellent products (taste, serving, etc.). We tried to have lunch and dinner in other places, but we didn't like it. Great hotel! I recently visited Yerevan, stayed at the Holiday Inn Express — I really liked it! The rooms are clean and stylish, I woke up with pleasure every morning. The breakfast is wonderful: fresh coffee, fruits and delicious Armenian dishes. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. Location in the center — near Republic Square, Northern Avenue and Vernissage, Cascade are all 5-10 minutes on foot. Comfort at altitude. I will definitely be back! I recommend it to everyone for a trip to Yerevan.

A wonderful hotel with a great location. We stayed together with my husband in a standard room. Near the hotel there are many cafes and restaurants for every taste and budget, almost the very center (for Revolution Square 10-15 minutes on foot). The hotel itself had delicious breakfasts, and even at the end of the day there were many different kinds of food at the breakfasts. The rooms at the hotel are clean and pleasant. They clean every day conscientiously. I am pleased that they took into account my wishes to live on a higher floor and even gave me a room with a view of Ararat. I was also very pleased that on my birthday, a delicious cake and wishes from the hotel staff were waiting for me in my room. Thank you very much! We are happy with our vacation, I advise everyone to stay here.

A chain hotel with a great location and excellent service is located in a small green square in the city center. The room for two is very small, but there is everything you need: a tea set with an electric kettle, tea, etc., regularly replenished during cleaning, there is an iron, ironing board, hairdryer, safe. There is drinking water coming from the tap, as everywhere in Yerevan, the water is really excellent, even hand cream was not needed. Slippers, shower caps, and a dental cleaning kit are provided upon request upon check-in. The only thing is that the closet is very small and without shelves for things, just hangers, but we had enough. There is even an armchair and a table in the room, which is very convenient, there are enough sockets in convenient places, different lighting, in short, everything is very user friendly. The breakfasts are standard, there is enough of everything: omelets, sausages, cheese, cold cuts, herbs, fresh and stewed vegetables, porridges, local cottage cheese and yoghurts, juices, tea/coffee, fresh pastries, honey, fruits. Maybe someone won't have enough variety, but we had enough, I wouldn't say that everything is different at home for breakfast every day, so everything was great here. The staff works perfectly, the dishes are cleaned quickly, everything is wiped so that you can take a table, groceries and appliances are replenished, you don't have to ask, everything is in place. Room cleaning and change of towels daily. It was raining, we took their umbrellas, then returned them. There are many restaurants within walking distance right at the exit, and of very good quality. Excellent hotel, I recommend it.

Since we arrived in Armenia at night, the real acquaintance with the country began with the hotel. A friendly receptionist greeted us at the reception. She quickly arranged it, suggested the main points, and answered questions. Holiday Express is located near the main attractions of Yerevan. Approximately 20 minutes on foot to any landmark location. There are many cafes, restaurants and shops nearby, including grocery stores. A hundred meters away is a VTB ATM, where you can withdraw local money at the exchange rate with a 1% commission. And again about the hotel. We got a room with a view of Ararat, and the first morning at the hotel was filled with a magical view from the window. Coming down for breakfast, we were pleasantly surprised by the quality and assortment of food and the responsiveness of the waiters. The main feature of the hotel is the availability of local delicacies: sujuk, basturma, jam made from walnuts, apricots, dogwood, lots of vegetables, delicious pastries. Thank you so much for the high-quality daily room cleaning. Tea set and bottled water daily. The sound insulation of the room is at a normal level. I recommend it for exploring Yerevan.

2 times in this hotel and everything is fine. The convenient location is almost in the very center, Republic Square is about 10 minutes away at a slow pace. Near Yerevan City, there is a 24-hour supermarket if you need one. The room is spacious enough, there is something like a workplace. The room has an ironing board, iron, hair dryer, refrigerator, kettle, which is very good for 3 stars. The mattress is comfortable, the pillows are good too. There are no complaints about the bathroom - everything is clean. For breakfast - porridge, omelette, a couple of side dishes, sausages, ham - just fine. 3-4 types of desserts, a coffee filter - again, it's very good for a threesome. Great new hotel in the very center. Small but comfortable rooms. Very clean. There are many restaurants for every taste and a huge supermarket nearby. Hospitable and responsive service. They speak Russian, English and Armenian. We even got an upgrade and were given a room with a view of Ararat, which is especially nice. We took breakfast. There wasn't much variety, but everything was delicious. And the staff is very friendly.

She lived in a hotel in the middle of December 2025 with her elderly mother. The room was issued in 3 seconds. There was a request to be higher and quieter, the hotel kindly complied with our request. The room is clean, the beds are very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast. Maybe the number of dishes is not the same as in all inclusive, but everything is delicious. Good coffee, excellent pastries, omelets, etc. Herculean porridge is brilliant)) especially with a spoonful of local jam. The staff is very helpful and friendly at the reception and in the cafe and cleaning. The location of the hotel is excellent. I don't see any disadvantages, considering that the hotel is 3 stars. Only pleasant memories remain!!!

Pillows of different stiffness for your choice. The administrators speak Armenian, English, Russian, Ukrainian, German, French, Spanish and other languages. The location is luxurious - the very center of the city. However, the rooms are not noisy. I let my breakfast down a bit - it's monotonous and difficult to sit down. But I won't take the star off for that. The administration immediately warns you at what hours the most people are at breakfast, so that you can comfortably plan your time.

I really liked the hotel! Everything necessary and important for me was here! Friendly and very friendly staff, it was nice to joke and laugh with them. The hotel is located in the very center, within walking distance of restaurants, supermarkets, banks, currency exchanges and, of course, attractions. The rooms are clean and have everything you need. Nice hotel. It's clean and cozy... Spacious double room with everything you need. There is even an iron and ironing board in the room. This is rare in Russia. Bottled water is supplied every day and tea, coffee, and sugar are replenished.(In Adler, for example, we were told that water and tea bags are welcome only. Only on the day of arrival). But, it doesn't matter. The breakfasts are varied, for every taste))) The pastries are delicious and fresh every day. Thanks to the hotel staff. We liked everything. This is the first time we have stayed at this hotel and we want to mention all its advantages. We have a rest from 04/19/26 to 04/22/26. Room 1107 1. The location of the hotel. This is always the most important criterion for us...The center (the square with fountains) and the cascade are also nearby. Lots of coffee shops, shops and restaurants. Location fire... 2. The people and staff are all sincerely smiling (even the maids). This is a great achievement of the head. This is the most difficult thing to achieve in hotels (we know by ourselves). We also work in this field. 3. DoVe cosmetics is a good way to take care of your guests. 4. Clean linen, towels. And you get enough sleep. This is not the case everywhere. 5. Breakfasts are also normal for a combination of price and quality ... 6. The rooms are thought out to the smallest detail. Everything is compact and stylish. Good water. Pressure and temperature. All appliances and showers are in good working order (nothing leaks anywhere). Repairs are also pleasantly monitored. Thanks to the management for taking care of the guests. And a wish. I would like to have dressing gowns at least for rent (for an additional fee).payment) And if you would like to visit a mini gym globally or visit it for free, visit it on your network...this would add positive emotions to the guests (as the hotel is designed for business tourists.
