I liked the location of the hotel! The very center. Everything is within walking distance. A hotel without chic, small rooms. All the amenities are there. The most plus is that it is located on a walking alley, where there is no dense flow of cars. Quietly, calmly. A large number of restaurants and cafes nearby. The breakfasts are simple but delicious. We lived in a standard double room for a week. The first meeting with the staff upon check-in was wonderful, and this impression did not leave us until the end of our stay. Special thanks to Selena's manager! The room seemed a little cramped at first: there is only one closet, there is no extra space in the room. However, in the end, we managed to do this and join the laudatory reviews about the condition of the room (fresh renovation), regular and thorough cleaning, hearty breakfasts - the processes are wonderfully organized! The location is convenient, we lived on a relatively high floor - there was not much noise from the street. Republic Square and other tourist attractions can be reached on foot. There are many restaurants nearby for every budget, as well as banks and shops. We are ready to wholeheartedly advise our friends and family, as well as choose this hotel again on our next trips to Yerevan.

The rooms are not very large - they are standard in principle. One bed, a table and a chair. The air conditioner was not working in the room. The blanket was stiff. It was hard for me. Pillows made of sintepon or something like that - I didn't like it. It was not comfortable to sleep in general. Everything else was fine. I'm glad that I stayed in this place

We are an adult married couple on a trip without children. Great place, service, services, room stock. Sometimes you book a hotel and everything in it is nothing, but the exit to the construction site or to the gateway, here in the square. There are many cafes and restaurants around, at least two supermarkets. The staff was very friendly and seemed to me competent. If I come to Yerevan again, I will stay here.
