My trip to Istanbul turned out to be magical and I was very glad that I chose the Garden House - I never regretted it. An incredibly cozy, old Ottoman-style hotel with a restaurant in the garden (quite expensive, but the food is great), new plumbing, perfect mattresses, very delicate cleaning every day - no one touches or rearranges your things, which is important to me. Timely replacement of textiles, towels are always fresh. The wonderful breakfast buffet - an insanely delicious, hearty omelet, delicious local arugula, vegetables, homemade yogurt and orange jam were my favorites. But the main gold of this hotel is its staff, especially the manager Alvin. To begin with, the economy room I booked was immediately changed to some kind of huge royal room on the top floor without any request from me - simply because I was staying with them for the first time. Absolutely any issues were resolved as soon as possible. My friend forgot her phone in Uber on the penultimate day of our trip. The hotel staff did everything to help us get it back (which can't be said about the support of Uber itself haha) - and we did it! Among other things, my friend was allowed to stay overnight in my room on the last day without any extra charge, including breakfast. I will definitely come to Istanbul again and without any doubt I will stay here again.

The staff at this hotel is amazing. Incredibly friendly and good staff. You immediately feel at home in this place! I want to go back and return to the hotel. Thank you so much for a wonderful vacation!!! Take care and value your employees. They create coziness and comfort. In addition, the location is very convenient, and the main attractions can be reached on foot.

We flew home with a transfer in Istanbul, for the first time! The hotel is very hospitable, they gave us a room with a Hammam! 115! We haven't seen anything like this yet! They offered us a choice of rooms! Very hospitable and helpful staff! Many people speak Russian!The hotel has delicious breakfasts, helped with excursions! The restaurant is generally excellent, and especially the food! We recommend it to you and we will come back by ourselves! Istanbul is a beautiful city!
