The worst airline I've ever flewn on. The flight was delayed for an hour and instead of leaving us in airport with air conditioning they sent us into stuffy corridor and left us there for 40 minutes. All because the airplane wasn't ready and they started preparing it when we were already in stuffy corridor right in front of our eyes. By the way, water also wasn't given even after fact that a lot of people complained.

Constant delays. Been having the following issue as much as I remember only with this company. They don't update ETAs properly. Other companies almost instantly update ETAs as soon as the plane takes off, but this one... apparently it's too hard for them. It's been already multiple times since I drive to airport to meet my guests and in the middle of the route when the plane supposedly should almost land, only then they decide to update the ETAs and delay for 40min. and in some cases even an hour. I'm not even saying how seamless it is to try to call them. You'll get ignored almost every time
