There was a clear reference to the composition and color of the bouquet from the same store, the florist/manager confirmed that it was possible to assemble just such a bouquet, but without one small flower. It suited me because the composition remained unified. The bouquet on the reference is bright, the flowers are simply wonderful. The real before/after comparison has arrived Instead of bright colors, pastel colors Instead of peonies, they added carnations (because it seemed better to the florist) Naturally, the bouquet that arrived was some kind of crap, and not the tk, which, I repeat, was confirmed! The bouquet was not satisfied, it was exchanged and oh, a miracle, the necessary flowers appeared abruptly and the bouquet turned out to be almost identical to the reference, bright and beautiful. Question to the florist, what is the problem if there is a flower to collect what you need? If there is no flower, you can just tell them about it so that there is no disappointment. And I also think that there can be no marriage of a flower in a composite bouquet that the recipient will understand one hundred percent, in my case there is just one name from eustoma. Leave these flowers on the floral sponge, so as not to embarrass yourself. As long as your couriers remain the most impeccable, they are always polite and smiling. In general, I'm sure your owner is passionate about his business and should know what to look for! I wish your florists to be passionate about their business and understand that due to minor mistakes in this area, customers who can stay with you for years are lost!
