Disappointed with the service and the inconsistency of the order I used to order flowers from you and was happy with everything, but this time I was completely disappointed. Despite the fact that I sent the references, the result was very far from what I expected. I asked for a burgundy package, but as a result, the color is completely different. Alstroemeria was added to the bouquet itself without approval, which made it look like a "national hodgepodge", and the flowers absolutely do not match each other. The main disadvantage is the lack of proper coordination. The photo was sent just 30 minutes before it was sent, and when I immediately asked for edits, they told me that the bouquet had already left. I believe that this is not the way the work is structured: the photo must arrive in advance so that the client can confirm the order. It's a shame that the salon let you down so much this time.

A few weeks before the holiday, I ordered a bouquet, and the night before they sent me photos of flowers of an inappropriate color and questionable appearance. I explained the problem, promised to replace it, but nothing was done. We let down our expectations very much, and I refused to pay. On the afternoon of February 14th, the courier brought a bouquet ostensibly on my behalf and told me to pick it up, explaining that everything was paid (he specifically clarified the payment), the girl accepted. I wrote a thank-you letter to the store for the unexpected gesture, which I took to be an apology and customer orientation, but suddenly I was faced with a demand to pay, and there were no explanations or apologies. During the conversation, it became clear that the bouquet was sent purposefully. After the proceedings and a call with the management, the bouquet was taken away after a few hours, probably now another girl, or maybe yours, is happy with a used bouquet, moral damage has been caused, avoid it.

I went to them in the afternoon with an urgent request to collect a box of flowers for the girl in half an hour, but I did not calculate that such complex compositions were ordered in advance. A tip for the future: order in advance through their insta. But Andrey offered me a way out of the situation — he will be able to make a delivery late in the evening after the celebration (around 23, although the store closes at 21). Andrey and his wife personally brought flowers at such a late and convenient time for me. The composition turned out to be gorgeous! It's cool when a business takes care of the customer!
