One of my favorite places in Venice. A historical cafe that is more than 300 years old. It is well written about him in the book "Bella Venezia". Incredibly beautiful, rich interiors (the cost of creating them cost the same amount as building a palace on the prestigious Grand Canal), a large selection of coffee (he first came here from the East), good desserts, excellent service. Interesting seasonal cocktails and their own, called "Florian".

And for the sophistication, the surroundings, the view, the decor, the non-trivial coffee and cocktails - of course, there would be 5. This is not a place to stop by for a cup of coffee.
