The hotel is charming, the staff is very friendly, cleanliness, hospitality in every detail! the only thing is that there is no kettle in the standard room , you also need to rent bathrobes separately (kettle - 5 Belarusian rubles, bathrobe - 10 Belarusian rubles), a varied buffet, delicious red fish and very tasty coffee... Parking at the hotel is paid, but I was warned, so I chose where to park on a paid basis or next to the hotel for free. It's so warm inside after visiting Brest that I want to come back! Thank you very much, everything is fine! Yes, I forgot to tell you, I chose to pay for my stay on the spot, no problem, you can use the mir card. It is more profitable to buy Belarusian rubles in cash in Russia than to pay by card, the bank takes its own percentage.

A cozy hotel in a quiet area near the city center. Pleasant interiors, spacious rooms with everything you need. Comfortable and comfortable beds. There is a minibar (paid). We stayed for one night. My impressions are extremely positive. The rooms are generally comfortable. There is everything you need, all bathroom accessories. Even a mini-bar. The pillows are comfortable, but I didn't like the mattress. The breakfast is good. There are ready-made hot dishes and, upon request, eggs are prepared as requested. Hermitage Hotel 4 🌟 in Brest. We stayed here on May 5,6. A small but cozy hotel with professional staff: attentive and friendly. It's not cheap, but it's worth it. Nice hotel, designed in a classic style, close to the train station. We had an incident, we booked the Hermitage Hotel, but in a different city. The staff kindly found us accommodation options, initially in a standard room, with further relocation to an improved room. The rooms are clean, large, and beautiful. Bathroom sets and slippers are available in the standard room, there is more choice in the superior room, + bathrobes + kettle and tea sets, a set of towels in the refrigerator for an additional fee. Cleaning every day + 2 bottles of water were provided. There is a restaurant at the hotel. Delicious buffet breakfasts are included in the price. Among the disadvantages, the sound insulation is not very good, the neighbors and music from the restaurant could be heard, there is no tulle, the curtains have to be completely closed, there is no lighting in the shower area in the superior room, it is difficult for people with poor eyesight or the elderly to navigate in the shower stall.

We stayed at this hotel for one night. Very nice interior, especially the tiles on the floor in the lobby). Nice rooms, stylish, beautiful, clean. The only thing I didn't like was the breakfast. We arrived at 9 a.m., although breakfast is from 8 to 11. Omelette, sausages are barely warm. Pancakes with cottage cheese were made by the laziest cook. One teaspoon of cottage cheese in one place, the rest is all rolled up, pretty thick, not thin, damn it. A very strange dessert in the form of pale apple pie, cut into small pieces. There is an apple filling on top, and a raw and viscous dough under it. When you are in the same city as the grandiose Santa Bremor fish production, you get tasteless herring with yellow barrels. And how many oil refineries we have in the region! But at the same time, the butter on the breakfast is imported and the cheese plate is very meager, only 2 types. What was really delicious was the red fish and coffee. And also, in the evening, marbled beef steaks were ordered at the bar, which had to be returned because they could not be chewed. The beef minions brought in in return were great! Overall, the impression of the hotel is wonderful!

It's a beautiful place! A very beautiful and cozy hotel, courteous staff and probably the only place in Belarus where there is a decaf in the restaurant, thanks for that! The room is spacious, clean, has everything you need, the only disadvantage is that it is inconvenient to use the shower (maybe, of course, it was only in our room), but this is generally not critical, you can adapt. The breakfasts are delicious! I especially liked the mini croissants, like the usual ones, but it was so delicious))) The food on the menu in the restaurant is also not bad, overall I liked it. We stayed at this hotel for three nights (two adults and a child). The overall impression: - excellent location: within walking distance of the Brest Fortress, the city center, the Park of culture and recreation, as well as the railway station; - the room is excellent: good condition, cleaning every day. Everything that was needed was available and constantly replenished. The Wi-Fi was working smoothly; - service: friendly staff. If you needed anything, we were always ready to help.; - food: very good restaurant. Although the breakfasts were not very varied, we did not get tired of them for three days: there was always something to choose from. My daughter always found something to eat, too. We were there both for breakfast (included in the accommodation) and a couple of times on the menu. It was delicious and satisfying. In general, we liked it! I recommend both the hotel itself and its restaurant (if you stay elsewhere).

One of the disadvantages, perhaps, is karaoke in the hotel building. Noisy customers go outside before the karaoke closes. A cozy hotel in Brest, 15 minutes from Brest Fortress, and in the opposite direction from the city center, very close to the amusement park. The room was great, they gave us a fruit plate in honor of the recent wedding, it was nice) The interior of the room and the hotel is very atmospheric, but you don't feel tired from time to time. The staff is very friendly and courteous, they quickly guided and helped with all questions. The only moment was parking, when we arrived there were no empty spaces nearby in the city parking lot, we had to put it on the closed one at the hotel for 40 rubles, but on the other hand, the car was under guard. I liked the breakfast in the hotel restaurant, but the dinner was average, there were no questions for the staff, but the fullness and choice of dishes and prices did not please.

There is a huge selection of delicious dishes, the waiters check the availability and replenish. And peaches, nectarines, grapes, nuts, a variety of pastries, even salmon is served with its own salt. Traveling around Belarus, I liked this hotel the most. Pleasant interior, classic woodwork, beautiful and comfortable furniture. We stayed in a junior suite - the room is quite spacious, two separate beds were prepared for two children, which is a plus. Bathrobe, slippers, towels, shampoos, etc. they were present in full. I really liked the plumbing, especially the antique faucets. Of the disadvantages, I can note the poor sound insulation between the rooms, due to the interior doors, suggesting a design. There were small children behind the wall, and it felt like we had them in our room, but they didn't make much noise for long. I guess they heard us too)) I would like to mention breakfast separately - instead of unnecessary abundance, high-quality and delicious products. However, there is still a lot of choice. Yoghurts, cold cuts, lightly salted fish, salad with shrimp, fresh fruits and berries, very good coffee.

I read the comments about the lack of bathrobes, they brought us bathrobes and dental kits after the request, without taking money for an additional payment. And what is the purpose of the kettle in the room? Is someone going to cook eggs or sausages? There is a wonderful restaurant on the 1st floor and a room service - everything I ordered was delivered to my room in 5 minutes. The hotel is located in the center of Brest, near squares, administrative buildings, residential buildings. In general, it is a good place for business, but not very good for tourism. It is very important that it is quiet here, the walls of the building are so thick/ powerful, so there is complete silence from the room. The style is a rich mansion, the exterior is very pretty. The disadvantage is that it is not possible to park a car nearby during the day, everything is arranged in two rows. The reception is friendly, they settled in very quickly, explained the details. The room is quite large, two beds (of medium comfort, not large), Windows on the roofs of houses, thick curtains. The toilet is clearly behind the world, an uncomfortable shower stall with a strangely harsh shower, an ordinary toilet with a slow flush set, unpresentable tiles ... in general, the toilet is a weak spot here. The air conditioner in the room is very noisy, so I had to turn it off completely to fall asleep - even at a minimum, something in it hisses, strums, murmurs. The hotel has a restaurant (very good), a bar (decent). There is no SPA, sauna or anything like that for relaxation, there is a beauty salon on the ground floor and in the basement. Breakfast is average, everything seems to be minimal, but somehow boring. The conclusion is that for the city, the price is slightly higher than similar conditions, far from the sights, and convenient for visiting the city administration.

As if it hadn't been opened since the booking, In general, the windows were opened, ventilated, and everything became much better. I repeat that the reservation was for a couple of guests, but all the accessories, water and towels per guest, I was a little surprised again, because the reviews are 5 stars. A very decent hotel in classic European style in the center of Brest. Justifies its cost. As a wish: you can expand the range of the breakfast buffet;) I was pleased with everything - starting from the hotel staff, and ending with the design of both the room and the entire hotel (even the front door opens automatically!). Parking near the hotel is free, you can always find a place. I was very satisfied with the location, the availability of parking spaces (previously it was written in the reviews that it was difficult to find), the design of the hotel in a mixed "presidential" style with notes of abstractionism (I looked at the paintings on the walls for a long time, they were very memorable, in different shades in each "wing" of the hotel! The room was simply gorgeous, huge, bright, several huge windows, quiet, a wonderful panorama from the windows! Separately, the bed is super comfortable, and the shower set is just wonderful! Nice hotel in Brest. Great location. Everything is nearby.. the center is a 10-minute walk away. Quiet area. A good breakfast. The staff is trying their best. The check-in took 5 minutes. But there are questions about the room, especially the bathroom! Taking a shower in the bathroom is a problem - all the water is on the floor. It's very inconvenient. Towels should be changed. Otherwise, there are no questions.

Nice hotel, convenient location. The interior corresponds to the name of the hotel. Friendly and attentive staff. The rooms are clean. We had dinner at the hotel restaurant: borscht with rib is great, very tasty salad with eggplant. The breakfasts are quite decent, you won't stay hungry. A big disadvantage for us is the lack of a tea station in the room. To supply an inexpensive electric kettle and a couple of tea bags is not such a big expense. Or at least a cooler on the floor, because 1 half-liter bottle of water in the room per person is not enough.

Great hotel. Convenient location. Parking spaces, however, are crowded by employees near the administration during the day, but there are options. Quiet, easy. Almost a museum with elements of art works inside the building and rooms. From our side there was a beautiful view of private houses protected by the state. An orchard with apricots, acacia, apple and pear trees. In addition to the fortress, which you need to spend a day on, spare no money for a city guide. Very interesting. For starters, a lamplighter is still working in the city))) I recommend.

Excellent location: 20 minutes to Brest Fortress on foot, 15 minutes to the Museum of Railway Equipment, 10 minutes to pedestrian Sovetskaya Street, 20 minutes to lamplighter, 10 minutes to winter garden, 10 minutes to lantern Square. Everything is close, even with children it is easy to walk! Breakfasts are great! We moved out a day earlier without any problems, and the cost of the day was refunded. Thank you) We arrived at the hotel at 11:00, the reception warned that we would be checked in at 14:00 (strange: Wednesday, an empty hotel; at that time we attended a master class on painting nesting dolls near the Brest Fortress, I recommend it!). Strange pricing: we booked 2 identical rooms: 2 adults, 1 adult + a child of 7 years old. For unknown reasons, the room with the child was more expensive (((. In addition, I had to beg for a towel and water for the child, they said it wasn't allowed!!! Why is the room more expensive than for 2 adults? We visited the restaurant for dinner, nothing special, for a long time with minimal occupancy. We travel a lot in Belarus: in our opinion, the Hermitage has an average price/quality ratio.

Let's start with the check-in, since we traveled by car in the Republic of Belarus, parking on the territory of the hotel was a fundamentally important factor for us. Despite the fact that the issue of parking was raised separately when booking a hotel room, at check-in, at the reception, we were advised to look for a place on the streets next to the hotel. Separately, the icing on the cake was the settlement. We arrived at the hotel at 14.10 (check-in at the hotel from 14.00), the reception said that the room was not ready and with the words: "You are not in a hurry," they offered to wait)))) There is a karaoke club in the hotel, it's noisy in the evenings, and you won't get a good rest. Now about the restaurant and breakfast. The breakfasts are good, the choice is sufficient, the food is delicious. But I don't recommend ordering halibut in a restaurant, it's definitely not halibut. The location of the hotel is good, all the main attractions are close.

An excellent hotel. In general, the impressions of Brest are only positive, and considering this hotel, they are simply excellent. The location is ideal: the train stations (railway and auto) are just around the corner, Gogol St. and Mickiewicz Boulevard are also 3 minutes away, and the Lenin Monument is 1 minute away. The Fortress is also, apparently, one of the nearby hotels. There are cosmetics from a local manufacturer in the room, which I really liked. Breakfast - you definitely won't stay hungry. I definitely recommend it
