The hotel is cozy, clean, friendly staff, always trying to help. I would like to have a parking lot at the hotel specifically for guests as indicated on the sign, and not for residents of Brest working nearby. Something should be done with the action, which "waters" the cars standing under it like varnish.

It all started so well. We took off without any problems (!) and flew from Moscow. We drove to the Hermitage Hotel, which turned out to be a well-maintained building in the Center, and at first glance it quite corresponded to its 4*. We settled in, went to a good restaurant of Belarusian cuisine Sukhorukov, and returned to the hotel on foot. In addition to the flight, we walked 10 km during the day. It's strange, but for some reason I wanted to rest. And then… The wild music of the 80s, and even so much so that the floor in my room on the third floor vibrates to the beat of the lower frequencies. It's downstairs in the restaurant of the session hotel of the local society of lovers of ancient music. Are you ready for the next step? I call the reception, politely inquire at whose expense the banquet is, and are the aesthetically pleasing pensioners and their obedient grandchildren still deaf? To me (God grant eternal life to the employees of the Moscow housing and Communal services!) They answer: we have an event until 11:00, and we can't do anything. My pathetic bleating about 4* and the peace of the guests just went into the universe. I'm putting a confident 1, and I won't set foot here again. I wasn't offended, I just showed respect at the entrance: I chose this hotel and paid, and in my childish naivety, I counted on reciprocity. —-

There is a restaurant on site. The dining room of the restaurant was serviced and we were put in the coffee area, which did not spoil our lunch at all. The menu is varied, the chefs cook deliciously, the staff is friendly. We were especially pleased with the dishes with mushrooms.

It's a great place. A gorgeous room with magnificent furniture. Attentive and helpful staff. But... our table was rocking, it seemed that the dishes were going to eat up and we didn't like what we ordered. The draniki are delicious, but the chicken medallions were over-salted (cooked for a long time). Baked tongue with potatoes is just not delicious.

The best hotel in the city. Good cleaning. A normal room. I'm lowering 1 star in 2 moments: 1 There is no kettle at all in the room of a 4 star hotel. I'm not talking about the coffee machine anymore. Accordingly, there is no coffee, tea or cups either. We travel a lot around the world, but even in 3-star hotels, tea and coffee bags are mandatory. And the kettle is required. 2 For breakfast, everything is very stupidly laid out (guests to take sausage, cheese, they touch other products) 3 Boiled eggs need to be ordered! It will be cooked to order! Insanely strange and not at all reasonable. 4 Some events are constantly taking place in the hotel restaurant (it is difficult to eat, guests then go outside and very loudly solve some issues at 12 o'clock at night) They lived on the 4th floor and had to close the windows because it is categorically impossible to fall asleep. The restaurant in the hotel is good, the portions are large. They cook for a very long time. Even the bread already sliced will be brought only in 30 minutes. The staff is young and friendly.

A great hotel, every time in Brest we stay only at the Hermitage. Everything is of high quality, furniture, linen, breakfasts, my favorite place in Belarus! Highly recommend it! The staff is excellent, the attitude is great, expensive, but I don't mind the money for such high quality! But in a restaurant, you need to train the staff a little, the waitresses don't really know their job. I noticed that the other guests were not very happy with the waitresses, they ordered something in advance, they did not cook for them, they refused.

Minuses: - there is free parking at the hotel, but, in fact, there is never a place there and you are offered to put on a paid one. - every evening (at least that's how we got there), corporate parties/anniversaries/weddings are held in the hotel restaurant. Our rooms were above the restaurant. It's very loud, you can hear what the presenter says, how the music screams. All this is up to 23 kopecks, yes, it is allowed to make noise until 23, everything is according to the law, but we came to relax, not to listen to other people's parties. On the third day, I got very tired of it.

We stayed at the Hermitage Hotel in Brest – just great! We ordered two rooms, and both were very cozy and beautiful. The rooms are decorated in a classic style, creating an atmosphere of comfort. The plumbing is working!, the beds are comfortable and do not creak, the climate control allows you to maintain a comfortable temperature. I especially want to mention number 317, nothing like supernatural, but there is something in it - I recommend it! Breakfast is a separate conversation! There is a sufficient choice: from porridge and fresh fruits (mine ate watermelon - they said it wasn't sweet, I didn't eat it myself) , to salted fish. I "liked" croissants especially, although there were other desserts. Everything is very tasty and high quality. The restaurant is always clean, the staff constantly removes dirty dishes from the tables, creating a sense of order. I especially want to mention the work of the guide, who was organized by the hotel. He showed us a lot of interesting things and revealed details of our common history that we hadn't even thought about. After his stories, you begin to look at many things in a completely different way. If you are in Brest, be sure to stay at the Hermitage. You won't regret it!

Hermitage We were in Brest from 3.01.24 to 05.01.24. We came to visit the Brest fortress. The Hermitage Hotel was booked in advance, choosing according to comfort and the possibility of accommodation with animals (we were traveling with a Pomeranian pet). The location is the center, near the central square and administrative buildings. We were greeted good-naturedly, helped with the luggage. The hotel is very cozy and comfortable, atmospheric room with a French balcony and a second window (end). Bathroom with shower and bathtub. All toiletries are provided immediately, no need to ask for anything extra. A refrigerator with a mini-bar. Breakfast is a buffet. We had enough of everything - fish, meat, cheese, even a tongue)), vegetables, fruits, eggs, etc. In the evening on the day of arrival we had dinner in the hotel restaurant. You can order in the room +10 BYN for delivery. The portions are large and everything is very tasty. There is free parking near the hotel, but there is a fee of 30 BYN per day. We are satisfied with the hotel, we recommend it!

A lovely hotel in a quiet location. Price-quality compliance. I asked for a room away from the karaoke bar when booking, we did. The room is large, everything is clean, towels for 4 per person are brand new, thick. The mattress is too soft for me (but this is for an amateur). The restaurant is beyond praise. The breakfast is good. 8 types of meat cuts, white and red fish, standard set: porridge, sausages, side dish, cheesecakes, cottage cheese, yoghurts .... and much more. We had lunch and dinner at this restaurant too. More than worthy! We wish the Hermitage Hotel team continued prosperity!
