The room is insanely hot, the hotel, as we were told, has general air conditioning and the temperature will be up to 24 degrees, in fact 27. It is simply impossible to sleep at this temperature, the window was opened, mosquitoes were bitten, there are no screens on the windows and it is very noisy, cars are driving almost all night. Upon entering the room, there is an unpleasant smell of something unknown. The only advantages are a comfortable bed and good linens. The room is not worth the money, the price is too high! Overall it's beautiful, but it's time to make repairs.

In general, they froze at night , and it was not possible to ventilate during the day. I wanted to take a bath instead of standing in the shower, but it didn't work out. A valve that shouldn't let water through - it does! The staff is very friendly and ready to help and suggest everything that is necessary. Well, in principle, the impression is good.

The hotel knows how to make a first impression. Everything looks expensive, pretentious and beautiful. But it's worth living here for at least a couple of days, and you start to notice that it's more of a beautiful picture than a real five stars. The rooms are really large and interesting in design, but upon closer inspection, the little things immediately catch your eye: somewhere the wallpaper has bubbles, somewhere something is already coming off or looks tired. It seems beautiful, but the quality of execution fails. At the same time, the air conditioners work poorly, and this is no longer a small thing. Separately about the breakfasts. The expectations were completely different. The buffet seems to be long, but in fact there is practically nothing to choose. It seems that the assortment is only visually available. During my trips, I lived in almost all five-star hotels in Donetsk, and here the breakfast turned out to be the weakest. The most incomprehensible thing for me is the price. It is about 30% higher than competitors, on average by 3,000 rubles per night. At the same time, apart from the location in the city center, I did not see any advantages. There is no gym, no SPA, and practically no infrastructure. In fact, this is a hotel where you can just spend the night and have breakfast. If the owners read the reviews, I would pay attention to this. Pathos and beautiful presentation work only until a person starts living in a hotel. Then it's up to the service, quality, and details to decide. So far, unfortunately, the price does not match what the guest receives. P.S. I also want to add a couple of points that completely ruined the impression. The tap water is frankly yellow, and this is simply unacceptable for a hotel of this level. The towels are so washed that there are already rags hanging around the edges. It is clear that they have been used for many years. Therefore, apart from the beautiful five-star signboard, this status is practically not confirmed by anything here. Unfortunately, the attitude towards the guests and the level of service do not correspond at all to the price and the declared level of the hotel.

After two days of bathing, red spots appeared on my body-apparently an allergic reaction to the components in the water. 3. There is no kettle in the rooms, but there is water in the cooler on the floor. 4. Although we really wanted to have lunch at the restaurant, we were unable to do so, there was some kind of conference during our stay at the hotel and we were unable to prepare two set meals, although they exist on the menu. I had to order delivery, but the courier couldn't get our order to the room because he wasn't allowed in at the reception. 5. Television is not cable, because one cartoon channel was not enough with the child. 6. There is no extractor hood or air freshener in the bathroom. One of the advantages: 1. Gorgeous interior, I just wanted to invite a photographer for a photo shoot. 2. We stayed in February 2026 for 2 days with early check-in. There were two additional heaters in the room, and the heating was turned on more strongly in the evening-it was very warm, despite the frost outside the window. 3.Clean bed linen and towels 4.There is a dental, hygiene kit, shower gel, body lotion, etc. Overall, it's not bad. The staff is friendly, but some treat us with disdain in communication, as if we were not guests who paid a lot of money for a stay at the hotel, but uninvited guests.

She arrived in June 2026 with three children and took two rooms. One child was placed on the third floor, and I and the other two were placed on the first floor. I asked to change the room, but they refused, even though the hotel is empty! Moreover, they gave me a room with access to the courtyard where the ventilation system works with such noise that with the windows closed it is impossible to relax after a long journey and fall asleep, as if in a mine. When asked by the reception why I was given such a room, I was told that they had decided so themselves. I don't recommend anyone to stay here, and if you do decide, then ask where your windows go and don't take them to the meager courtyard. I will not choose this hotel anymore and I do not advise anyone.

Очень красивая гостиница ,чистая ,огромная кровать в номере ! Но …. Нет отопления вообще ,с окон дует ,дикий холод ,пожаловались на ресепшен дали обогреватель ,если бы не он я даже не представляю как бы мы там ночевали .. Ванна ,вся в камне ,полы ледяные … Такие деньги платишь за то что будешь мерзнуть … Порадовал завтрак ,очень вкусно и разнообразно ..но ровно в 10.30 нас попросили на выход ,хотя мы еще не доели за столом .. если приедим еще то только летом ,что бы было тепло !

В общем и целом все непло, чисто, есть вода круглосуточно, небольшой косметический ремонт нужен, но сделают, город только оживает. Персонал отзывчивый, румсервиса нет, если что то надо необходимо договориться и доплатить. Все по Дрнецки дорого 9000 за номер, аналогичный допустим в Волгограде дешевле. Завтрак включен. Кормят вкусно.

Очень гостеприимная гостиница и дружелюбный персонал. Всегда готовы помочь и решить любые вопросы. Останавливался несколько раз. Всем доволен. Через дорогу центр обслуживания мобильной связи, можно купить местную симку, много кафешек и ресторанов. Из большого плюса, есть парковка, на которую парковал длинный грузовичок, проблем не было. Интернет в гостинице хороший.
