Donbass is Donbass. As he used to be distinguished by his hospitality and quality of service, he still holds the brand at the top. The staff is attentive. The guest has not had time to sit down at the table, as the waiter is already approaching. They always look neat, polite, and it doesn't matter if you ordered a cup of coffee or stopped by for lunch. There is a private parking for customers - it's nice. If you need to hold a meeting or just talk in a pleasant and quiet atmosphere, go there. I definitely recommend you to visit

Excellent service, staff at the proper level, of course, upholstered furniture and plumbing, but even the former splendor is impressive. The location in the city center is very convenient, you can walk everywhere, close to restaurants and attractions. Excellent breakfasts. It's a pity the pool isn't working right now. The only negative is the high price.

The room is insanely hot, the hotel, as we were told, has general air conditioning and the temperature will be up to 24 degrees, in fact 27. It is simply impossible to sleep at this temperature, the window was opened, mosquitoes were bitten, there are no screens on the windows and it is very noisy, cars are driving almost all night. Upon entering the room, there is an unpleasant smell of something unknown. The only advantages are a comfortable bed and good linens. The room is not worth the money, the price is too high! Overall it's beautiful, but it's time to make repairs.
