If you want to receive a package, hell awaits you! If the package falls under VAT, then prepare a ton of nerves! Managers ignore it for weeks, support ignores it too! I wrote a complaint to Director Evgeny, no one gives a fuck, the parcel has been lying around for a month!

Never use the DHL service - they do not deliver parcels (verified). They say they tried to deliver it to you, but they don't even try to deliver it. And when you call the hotline, they also make you feel guilty.

I ordered parcels from PLt and Fashion Nova websites 4 times and unfortunately these companies use DHL. Not a single package has arrived... NOT A SINGLE ONE asos also sends it by another logistics company and everything arrived in Georgia in 4-5 days.
