I paid for the express delivery. My package arrived in Georgia within three days. For a week now, they've been (supposedly) delivering me around the city. I call the contact center every day, and they give me breakfast every day. As a result, I'm going to pick up the parcel myself.

If you want to receive a package, hell awaits you! If the package falls under VAT, then prepare a ton of nerves! Managers ignore it for weeks, support ignores it too! I wrote a complaint to Director Evgeny, no one gives a fuck, the parcel has been lying around for a month!

Everything was delivered within the specified time! Good service with an adequate price. The only thing I would like is more shipping and pickup points! As it is, everything is fine!
