Caution! I paid, but I didn't receive it, the money is hanging in the air I ordered baby formula from Detsky Mir and paid online. Delivered by a courier — someone else's order. She refused. I thought they were bringing mine now. Instead, support writes: "The order has been canceled, it will not be delivered today." When asked about a refund, "we will refund you when your order is cancelled." No deadlines, no guarantees. The order is still "in delivery" in the application. That is, my paid product is walking around somewhere, but they have my money. The return procedure is not transparent, and the deadlines are not specified. I'm not taking any more chances, I went to a regular store. A very unpleasant aftertaste.
