1 star. Very disappointing experience. I visited on September 21 and asked to pay for 3 hours of gaming time. The owner herself was there and handled my registration and payment while training another employee. Setting everything up took around 30 minutes. I played for approximately 1.5 hours and left, naturally expecting the remaining 1.5 hours I had already paid for to stay on my account so I could use them on my next visit. At no point before or after paying was I told that the 3-hour package expired after 24 hours. Nobody mentioned it when I left either. I returned about a week later and discovered that my remaining time, roughly 15 GEL worth of service I had already paid for, had simply expired. We called the owner to explain the situation. Her response was essentially that this is the club's rule and there was nothing she would do about it. The problem is not that the club has rules or packages with expiration dates. The problem is selling a customer something without clearly explaining an important condition of the purchase. Had I been told, "This 3-hour package expires in 24 hours," I could have decided whether I wanted to buy it or simply pay for the time I intended to use that day. And since registration supposedly only takes a few minutes, who's going to compensate me for the roughly 30 minutes I lost registering, setting up the app, creating the account, and getting everything working just so I could start playing? Apparently the club is very strict about the value of its own time and its own rules, but not so concerned about the customer's time or money. Reading the other reviews afterward, I can see that poor communication around the club's systems and policies is not exactly an isolated complaint. I asked for a reasonable solution for the unused time I had paid for and none was offered, so I deleted my account and won't be returning. And please spare me the generic AI-written response explaining that "these are the club rules." I understand the rule now. The entire point of this review is that your customer should be told the rule before taking their money, not a week later when they discover their paid time has disappeared.

A terrible pc club, came with friends to play counter strike on the FACEIT platform, was not allowed into Anti-Cheat due to bios settings, this is an elementary thing that fixes in 3 minutes, but the admin chose to refuse us help solving the problem and we could not play what we wanted Then we decided to just play cs, but the game has not been updated (also the responsibility of the admin) we will spend our time well and wait for the 2.8GB update, but that was not the case, 2.8 GB swung for 40+ minutes, accordingly the game slowed down, it was impossible to play, a T-shirt with the characteristics of the club hangs in boot camp 2, There's a credit for that…
