We met 2021 NG in this place. We ordered a room for 2 adults + 2 children (4 and 6 years old). We arrived and settled in. The rooms are good. The room has one large bed and a small sofa. The question arose where the second child would sleep, they said his place was on a large bed. Maybe in Brest they are used to sleeping with children, but we never sleep with them. I had to negotiate with my wife's parents to put the second child in their room on the sofa. They refused to provide free bed linen for the child, they had to buy more at the rate of 30 rubles per night. The New Year's Eve party at the restaurant went well. Presenter, sparklers to the sound of chimes, fireworks, music. There was always something missing at breakfast in the morning. Then clean glasses (cups), then something else. Although the breakfasts themselves are decent champagne, liqueur, etc. On January 01, there was no program from the hotel. Everyone was sitting in their rooms or going to the lake, there was nothing else to do there. Why was it impossible to arrange a program in the center of the complex, turn on music, pour mulled wine. Even if it's for money, there should be a program... Well, I'll tell you about dinner at the restaurant on January 01. The waiter mixed up the dishes, first the pizza ran out (the pizza is very good, you won't find it in Italy), then the cola, and then we decided to go to the rooms. Today, on January 13, the hotel still has not sent us the photos that the photographers took on New Year's Eve. On January 02, the poor service of the restaurant continued until we called the administrator and said everything that was boiling over. After that, the service got better. Therefore, please ask the management to monitor the staff in the restaurant more carefully. You have an excellent European-level complex, we liked everything visually very much, but the service in the restaurant needs to be improved.

We travel a lot, we've been to a lot of restaurants, but the restaurant in GREENWOOD will be remembered as one of the worst, or rather the worst at the moment. We are from Russia, 4 people came, ordered 4 main dishes, champagne and wanted to try the Belarusian pancakes that were on the menu, but adults are forbidden to sell them, as they are on the children's menu. We immediately found on the Internet that it was illegal to refuse customers if the dishes were on the menu, no matter if they were for children or not, especially since we had a main course for everyone. We have been served dishes that are not on the menu at all, because they are "flexible" and treat each client individually, But at GREENWOOD the waiter and the receptionist "struck a pose", saying this is an oral order from the owners that adults are prohibited from selling dishes from the children's menu. It's a funny situation. We laughed, waited for our dishes for about 50 minutes with an absolutely empty hall, brought 1 less dish, did not apologize, everything was from the very beginning-"what kind of idiots are sitting" Sooooo unpleasant staff. Both the waiters and the receptionist. They didn't even apologize, as if this was the norm. In general, I give 1 to the maintenance staff. The food, the ride was pretty good. But as of June 2022, the service in the restaurant spoiled the whole impression of a vacation. We had to wait for dishes for up to an hour, cold food was brought periodically and half of the menu disappeared. Either there are not enough chefs, or the waiters work poorly, a big request to the administration to resolve the issue, there are actually no other food options.

But he could) The soup is a weak broth with small pieces of Moose, it has nothing to do with Hungarian goulash. I know what I'm talking about, I was in Hungary, I ate goulash there) but especially the boss "managed" the ribs. It's like this.... mmm ... something like if you buy the cheapest smoked ribs in a vacuum in a store, heat them in the oven and pour sauce on top. The restaurant is three with a huge minus. I will not spoil the rating, I will put 4. At the very least, you can live there and have lunch in Brest, but it was difficult for me to go to Jules Verne after the hotel restaurant).
