You know... It is very sad, but a fact... You go 40 km away for the mood, excellent service... but you get it .. ( The bartender pours sparkling wine according to some incomprehensible pattern: he puts a glass of liquid on the counter and pours it for everyone else.. The question is, is he that unprofessional?? The sparkling wine was brought in a dirty glass that was half full... and there were no bubbles there..(from the word - Absolutely!! But I didn't order the wine.... I ordered Sparkling Wine!!! The second glass is a little better.. a clean glass and bubbles were running.. but why is it half full????

We had a rest with family and friends. The hotel itself is a great idea! All the impressions were spoiled not by the friendly staff, but especially the restaurant and the kitchen - all some "cold" and "dry" and too long serving (pancakes from the children's menu were cooked for 1 hour 20 minutes), vegetable salad with sand ... There is no desire to come and advise this place for recreation!

Nice, cozy rooms, were in the most severe frosts, but it was very warm and comfortable. It's a bit boring, there is no winter animation, i.e. if you stay at a hotel, you need to plan some trips:- to Brest, maybe to Belovezhskaya Pushcha.... I would like to especially mention the brand chef of the restaurant, the cuisine is great! Whatever they took, everything was of excellent quality and very tasty.

The place is just wonderful!!! A must to visit))) but - due to the fact that we are tourists and visit this institution with a frequency of no more than once every 6 months, I want to say that the restaurant began to surprise, and not for the better....the change of chef is very noticeable...there are always 8-12 of us, everyone has their own tastes and preferences, but it turns out to be a lottery - and not for everyone it is successful. I was left hungry, because the pasta is very strained 2+. Taste is a subjective concept, but I really do not recommend it here. I suggest we stop at a good wine list and standard snacks, because next is the lottery... But the place itself, nature, and entertainment on the water are beyond praise!!! Nothing will stop us!!!

The conditions of the organization have been successfully passed, the staff is terrible! Believe me, only the table of parents and young people was served normally! It's funny to watch how the waiters pulled elementary sweets from the Candy bar.. I'm sorry, but it's laughter and sadness. There were a lot of non-RB guests at the wedding, so the rooms were all occupied for our guests, the day after the wedding, the guests waited for their dishes for 47 minutes!!!!! After 47 minutes, they started bringing dishes to all of me, serving the first courses lasted up to an hour! There are no waiters in the daytime with fire. In the morning, when everything was empty at breakfast, I asked to add food so that people could have breakfast, breakfast is included in the price, scrambled eggs were served on the buffet for 20 minutes, everything else for 25-30 minutes! The wedding was in August, it was impossible to walk in the rooms without slippers, I slept under a blanket and a blanket, but I never got warm. There is no desire to come to rest again.

The only thing I can note from the cons is that there is only shampoo, shower gel and soap from cosmetics. The beach is nice, but the gravel paths are somehow rustic and uncomfortable. In the boarding house of railway workers, which is opposite, across the lake, probably not so tasty, but according to the conditions of accommodation, the beach and the territory imho is even better, and the prices are half as low. Therefore, I believe that the chalet is somewhat overrated.
