Each dish consists of different flavors and textures. You can try it separately first: sometimes it's super tasty, sometimes it's weird. but! When you try everything together, your brain is just in shock, like in Ratatouille, when Remy told his brother about the combinations and mixed cheese with strawberries and various herbs. The staff is amazing! The waiter Anastasia explains the ingredients clearly, knows what to recommend, and is just a very nice person. The atmosphere, the interior - everything is saturated with a special atmosphere. I've never left reviews, but I definitely can't resist here. Definitely the best place in the city! 10 out of 10! I advise everyone to visit :)

We visited this place with friends. Honestly, I wasn't impressed. Price - quality is lame. By the look of it, the dishes had been standing in a draught for some time. I was disappointed with the shingles, which were as thin and overcooked as possible and were barely warm, the borscht was delicious, but as for me, it lacks something. The waiter was great, of course, he tried, but otherwise it didn't work out.

Comfort reigns here, it feels like the management and staff are trying very hard.Beautiful appliances, especially plates, I don't know, but maybe Italian, because I know a little about dishes. The restaurant, in my opinion, has one of the most interesting menus in Vitebsk. The food supply and quality are 5%! We had Baked eggplant, Fried shrimp, Gnocchi and trout Fillets. The wine list has been pumped up, red, bottled, there are only three options, but for some reason all are semi-dry. However, this did not spoil the impression.

The drinks arrived quickly .I often order tartare in different establishments, the serving is beautiful, but there is no taste, the beef is frozen and has not had time to completely melt, the sauce does not fit the tartare at all and interrupts the whole taste of beef. The beef itself is of good quality, soft. Olivier with duck and orange mayonnaise is delicious and fresh. Porcini mushroom cream soup with croutons is very tasty, the taste is balanced, thick, rich. I was disappointed with filet mignon, the beef itself is cooked perfectly, soft, tender, but the taste of meat is terrible, it smells of cow, milk. The dishes are served in a strange order, first they brought soup (hot), then tartar (cold appetizer). The atmosphere is comfortable, the interior is beautiful, pleasant jazz music is playing. The service is polite and friendly. Mobile communication and the Internet are not working. The opinion is not unambiguous, the food is average.

I booked a specific table in advance, in fact, when we arrived, our table was moved with another one, for a large company. Brevis pretended that someone had messed up and was offered a different table. As compensation, they offered 4x appetizers. I liked the kitchen as a whole, but... Do not order "stewed beef cheeks with spelt" for hot food - it is not a restaurant dish at all, rather a camping dish, the taste and smell are very specific. Tartare, carpacho, mignon are very tasty. The service is good.

Mignon, gnocchi, seafood pasta, tartare, carpaccio, babaganush: everything is very tasty! I didn't like the beer, but there were great cocktails. The waitresses are nice, but not attentive. We ordered dark and light beer, brought three light ones! Two daiquiris were included in the bill instead of one (check your receipt). The food is delicious, but the mashed potatoes are cold (both potato and carrot), beef cheeks are more suitable for the definition of "torn beef". Of carbonated drinks - borovaya mineral water, no banal bonaqua, no Cola, no Schweppes))). Salad "olivier with duck and orange sauce" is edible, but not interesting., duck meat fibers, pistachio slices (delicious, but what does olivier have to do with it?), cucumber fresh and salty, fresh green peas (not pickled). It is declared as the author's cuisine, and it corresponds to this. Somewhere a successful culinary experiment, somewhere not so much. Trout baked with carrot puree is good, but why else serve it with pickled carrots in slices? The carrots themselves are pickled interestingly, most likely honey, a little ginger, soy sauce, etc. But with soft trout and carrot puree, it does not give the effect that the cook expected (my purely subjective opinion). Will I go next time? I don't know. Maybe, but if I don't catch the ideas of the author's cuisine, then it won't be such a soft comment anymore))).

We got to Brevis completely by accident. It is difficult to find an institution, Yandex maps helped. The sign is small and it is not easy to see it from the road.
