Wonderful experience getting my car serviced by Rolf BMW Premier in Kimkhi. I do not speak Russian and because of this, getting to a BMW dealership had been such a huge obstacle. The Service Tech (Denis) who helped me through this entire process spoke superb English. I was given the opportunity to view my car internally with the mechanic's scope and learned of all the items that needed to be fixed as well as the costs. Such a relief to be taken care of and know exactly what needs fixing instead of the usual stressful situation that many women and also foreigners undergo when trying to service their cars. After this amazing service experience with ROLF Premier BMW, I will recommend to every BMW owner I know to come here.
