In February 2024, I contacted this service with a request to clean and replace the thermal paste on the 2019 MacBook Pro. He clarified that the laptop was hand-bought, and the operating temperature was clearly above the norm — up to 90 °C in idle time. The staff accepted the device, announced the cost and asked to return in an hour. At first glance, the laptop looked clean after receiving it, but, of course, I didn't look inside then. The temperature remained about the same, but I decided that it might be acceptable for this model. Recently, I decided to open the case myself and was unpleasantly surprised: a huge amount of dust had accumulated under the motherboard, the coolers were completely clogged, and the thermal paste turned into a dry coating — obviously it had not been changed. Such a condition cannot be obtained in a year and a half of operation, especially with moderate use. After self-cleaning and replacing the thermal paste, the temperature dropped by 20-30 °C, which confirms that the work in the service was either not completed or was carried out extremely poorly. Conclusion: the service will probably try to justify itself by having a one-and-a-half-year warranty and the fact that it is impossible to prove whether cleaning has been carried out. But for me personally, everything is obvious: the laptop, judging by its condition, did not open at all, and the result of my self-cleaning speaks for itself. I hope the management will pay attention to the competence of the employees and the quality control of the work performed. I do not recommend this service to those who expect a conscientious approach.

I wanted to replace the glass on the broken camera of the iPhone 13 pro max, they said on the phone that the repair would take 3-4 hours. After reading the website and seeing information there about the recreation area and repairs in person, I decided that I could sit in the service and wait when I arrived - the master said that it was impossible to stay in the service, I had to give the phone and leave. I asked about the possibility of paying extra for urgent repairs, about the possibility to come another day so as not to leave the device in the service without me, there was one answer to everything - no, you can't do that, it will be 3-4 hours, you can't stay in the service. as a result, he refused to repair. I agree that it was possible to clarify by phone in what format the repair will take place, but the site is very good at throwing dust in the eyes and the thought of what could be like this did not even arise.

I handled a floating MacBook defect (the keyboard and trackpad were turned off), the trackpad was replaced for the first time, I paid and everything worked fine for a couple of weeks, but suddenly the problem returned (fortunately they give a 3-month warranty) . Next, a series of identical cycles, where I take the macbook - the trackpad is changed again (under warranty) - everything works for about a week - stops (and so 4-5 times) . At some point, these identical and ineffective actions reached a boiling point, the guarantee is about to expire, but nothing new is being done, the problem remains and the money is paid + difficulties with work (macbook is my working tool). . After that, I write an angry message and they give me a replacement MacBook PRO fund (it became clear that the approach had been changed), they twisted and turned for a long time, but in the end they replaced the motherboard without additional payment and everything has been working fine for half a year . P.S. This was the second SC in the first, the problem was not solved, but here, even if not immediately, they did it and found an approach to the burning client. Now I recommend it to all my friends and thank them for their work.

We go to AppleJam and buy any Used phone from them, for example, we bought an iPhone 7 128 for 600 rubles (conditionally) The guys give a 3-month warranty on the device. I bought it that way, but exactly 2.5 months later the phone stopped working adequately (the connection and the SIM card disappeared) and brought it back, asking to check, and I forgot about the warranty, at the same time I took 600 rubles just in case, there were no funds for a new one, but to go to a used one from the ad is another quest, That's actually why I went to AppleJam to get my phone. In general, we looked at and sentenced the phone, the repair is expensive and simpler the same ... I immediately went to the phone rack and began to wonder what was available and prices. And what is my surprise, the guys picked up the data on my faulty phone, reminded me themselves!!! that I was with them and the phone is still under warranty (the same 3 months) And it's free to choose from!!!
