I never write reviews, but this case will be an exception. I decided to buy 11 iPhones for my girlfriend, friend and myself. First of all, I Googled most of the Apple-related stores in Minsk. I accidentally saw a link to applejam and became interested in this service. I read a lot of reviews and they convinced me to trust the Applejam service. It's a funny fact, but more than 90% of all reviews are purely positive (the remaining 10% are probably from competitors) The price was lower than the competitors, but that wasn't what attracted them. I liked the design of the site, well-designed social networks, the details of the organization, phone numbers and so on are indicated everywhere. But the main highlight is the staff. I have never met such open and cheerful people before: all employees smile, adhere to the rules of etiquette, politeness is at the highest level, employees are very competent in their field. Moreover, there are no "duty phrases", individual consultations on any issues are conducted with each client. I personally saw how the service solved some technical problems of other clients with me and did it either for free or for a fairly low price. This is the first service where they do not try to "dilute" for various repairs, etc., this was very surprising. When buying phones, we were given and pasted protective glasses, as well as 3 cases of excellent quality (40p each price). We were also given two certificates for 60 rubles, and later another one for 100! I am generally silent about such moments as software configuration, data transfer, etc. The guys offer it themselves, they do it for free to everyone. The girl had problems with the Apple Watch and the staff fixed the errors in the update for free (although other services charge for this). Due to carelessness, I broke the safety glass two weeks after the purchase. As a result, a new glass was presented and installed on the spot. The cherry on the cake was a personal gift from the service for me! I'll keep what was in the gift bag a secret :) but the gift was really worthwhile and not cheap. I will always and everywhere advertise this service. Many thanks to AppleJam management for such wonderful employees!

Repair and service - everything is at the highest level. I needed to replace the battery on my MacBook. Everything is done, everything is working. The laptop has not yet seen the SSD, but the masters were able to fix the problem without replacing the parts and did not charge money for it. Special thanks for correcting the geometry of the case (the swollen battery bent the covers)! I really liked the interior, it's nice to come in and stay. Cozy, modern. Well done! But I want to scold a little bit :) Namely, in matters of communication. There are a lot of contacts listed on the site, but in fact only the grandfather's method works - to call by phone. The operator was in VK for the last time a month ago, the telegram bot works like a TV - you write to him, but nothing happens in response. Guys, you have 3 people sitting at the reception (!!!) a person, it is possible to establish communication somehow. In general, I am pleased that I turned to this workshop and, if necessary, repair apple equipment, I will contact them. Good luck!

This is the best service center I've ever met. I took the device off my hands and made an appointment near apple jam , the staff politely agreed to check the originality of the device for free and whether it was opened , in 5 minutes they made a high-quality assessment ( in my opinion ) and after that I ordered a battery replacement from them . I didn't have time to finish my coffee, but the guys had already changed everything and even politely told me about the pros and cons of certain repairs. I give 100 out of 5 stars to this institution and I want to come and visit them. It seems to me that they are even better than the official apple service center in the Republic of Belarus , at least the competitors are strong
