Extremely negative experience. I do not recommend this clinic! I turned to this clinic for help for my little pet Simba with an eye problem. We trusted the doctors, hoping for professional diagnosis and proper treatment, but in the end we faced a situation that turned into a real nightmare for us. In our experience, Simba was misdiagnosed and given the wrong treatment. Despite the treatment, the eye's condition worsened, and as a result, we had to go to another clinic. The situation turned out to be so serious that Simba needed surgery: doctors discovered damage to his eye, through which the contents were leaking, and were forced to close the hole and sew up his eyelids to save his eye. It's a huge stress and pain for us to see our little pet suffer and realize how serious the consequences have become. We entrusted Simba's health to specialists, but as a result, we found ourselves in a situation where we had to urgently seek other help. I cannot say that it was the actions of the first clinic that caused all the complications, but I consider it necessary to talk about our experience so that other pet owners would be attentive and not be afraid to seek a second opinion when their condition worsens. It was a very difficult experience for us. A pet's health and eyesight are not something that can be risked. I really hope that other animals and their owners won't have to go through this. We go to the clinic on a regular basis, everything was fine, the doctors are caring. But I regretted that I took the dog to brush his teeth. This was the first purge in 4.5 years. After 3 months, all the stone and plaque completely returned, and the gums became inflamed again. What had been building up for 4.5 years returned in just 3 months. I asked if the enamel had been sanded and cleaned in the gum pockets. They told me no. If you go deeper into this issue, then sanding is an important final stage of the procedure: without polishing, the tooth surface remains rough, and plaque begins to accumulate much faster. And without cleaning the gum pockets, the inflammation will return as in our case. As a result, 500 GEL and anesthesia for the dog turned out to be, in fact, in vain. It's a shame. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend brushing teeth in this clinic.

A wonderful veterinary clinic — accepted without an appointment, immediately the doctor of the Face (amazing!!) She examined him, took his temperature, took a blood test and did an ultrasound, and then tested for tick infections and found out what was wrong with the dog. The prices are reasonable, the doctors are all kind, understanding, and love animals. The receptionist is also a very smiling girl, thank them very much! I recommend asking for help

Wonderful clinic! I brought them a street cat (kitten), with a rotting jaw, everything was done in the best possible way! They took out a long-stuck bone, which caused the rot to begin, took out several rotten teeth, washed them all, treated them for fleas, gave them an antibiotic, and vaccinated them. We wrote what to buy and how and what to do, then we will be treated at home.. They took 20 GEL.. Once again, 20 lari!! These wonderful people make big discounts for street animals!! May God grant them all good health!!

Returning from our road trip, we decided to stop in Tbilisi for a few days. Upon arrival, on the first evening (10/30/2025), we noticed that our dog's activity decreased and in the evening he refused to eat. The next day (10/31/2025), during a morning walk, he began to have diarrhea, after which, apparently, his appetite did not return. A few hours later, the dog started vomiting. Since we are not local, we chose the clinic based on its location and rating on maps. The choice was made by Vetmed (we saw negative ratings, but they mainly concerned the operating mode, which we considered the lesser of the evils). When we arrived at the clinic, we reported that we suspected poisoning in our dog. After that, the doctors, taking our word for it, without examining the dog, without measuring the temperature, but simply listening to the symptoms, began to treat him for poisoning (the dog was given ivs, antiemetic injections and antibiotics). They also took a clinical blood test from the dog and informed him that he would need to be treated for at least 2 more days, since this is the minimum course of antibiotics. By the end of the drip, the results of a blood test appeared, based on which we were informed that there were no critical changes in the indicators. We were prescribed a list of medications that must be given to the dog at home and released. We went to our apartment, but the dog didn't feel any better. In the evening, he started vomiting again and all the medicines we gave him ended up outside. In the middle of the night, realizing that the condition was only getting worse, we went to the clinic again (and yes, the doctor on duty for 24/7 appointments was indeed at the clinic). We were admitted by a doctor who began to suspect that the dog was not just poisoned. The dog's temperature was measured for the first time, which turned out to be above 40 °, and a blood test for a tick-borne infection was taken, which turned out to be positive. To make an accurate diagnosis, we were sent to another clinic for an ultrasound scan, since it was not possible to do it at vetmed at the time of our treatment. The dog was put back on standard ivs for poisoning, prescribed a number of more medications to take at home and released. After arriving home at 7 a.m. and sleeping for a few hours, we got ready to go for an ultrasound. On this day (01/10/2025), our dog's urine turned bloody. After an ultrasound scan, we returned to vetmed with the conclusion that the pattern of changes occurring with the organs is indeed characteristic of a tick-borne infection. vetmedi took more blood from our dog for biochemical analysis and continued ivs with saline, glucose and antiemetics. At the end of the ivs, we were given a strong injection of an antibiotic, which, according to our attending veterinarian, was supposed to put our dog in order, namely 2 days of antibiotic injections and then 21 days of treatment on tablets. After all the procedures, the dog urinated blood and vomited again, despite all the medications, including antiemetic injections. The dog never started eating, or rather, he continued to feel sick even from small portions of food, so we just gave him at least a teaspoon of water. During the night and morning walks, the blood in the urine remained the same brownish-red. The next day (02.10.2025), we went to vetmed as standard for IVs and the very second injection that was supposed to bring our dog back to life. Alas. Of the possible side effects that were described to us from the use of this drug, only numbness of the hind legs was indicated due to its severe pain. After the injection, the dog just went limp. We went outside and he didn't seem to be oriented in space. He stopped urinating, although the day before, after an IV drip, he ran to do his business as fast as he could. We went back to the apartment. They continued to water the dog with a teaspoon and give him medicine. And after 2 hours, the worst began. He started having seizures, first his head was shaking, then his whole body. We quickly took the car and rushed to vetmed. Our attending veterinarian had the day off, so another doctor listened to us, who called her and then came out to us with the phrase: "We can't help you in any way, you need to go to the hospital." Having received the tests and the list of drugs that the dog was given these days (written by hand without a signature and seals) we rushed to the hospital, where another story began, unrelated to this clinic. The result is the same, on 03.10.2025 our Reef turned 8 years old, and on 05.10.2025 it was gone. It was the fault of the Vetmed staff that it was gone. When you come to the doctor, you hope that you can just trust the professionals and know that competent people will do everything to help you. Unfortunately, this thesis does not work in this clinic. Take care of your ponytails and try to avoid this place.

I want to express my huge, endless gratitude to the clinic and the doctors for saving my puppy! We arrived in the middle of the night, at 00:30, in a state of complete shock and panic — the puppy was vomiting and had very runny diarrhea. Since we managed to bring the dog in the first 12 hours after the onset of symptoms, the rapid test did not show the parvovirus (it may not be detected in the first hours). But the doctors showed incredible professionalism: according to the clinical picture and symptoms, they immediately accurately determined that it was viral enteritis, and they wasted no time in starting the right treatment ahead of schedule. And they were absolutely right! The puppy was treated very kindly. A catheter was inserted painlessly, first all the ivs with three drugs were carried out, and at the end they gave four injections. I would like to mention a language point separately. I know English, but at a time of extreme stress, it is incredibly difficult to perceive medical information in a foreign language. The fact that many doctors at the clinic speak Russian is a great relief, they were able to explain everything clearly to us. Our doctor was Luka— a terrific specialist and a very pleasant person. We were given detailed recommendations on care and feeding. The prices for an overnight appointment and such a huge volume of procedures (night service at 00:30, test, IVs, 4 injections) are more than adequate, only 160 GEL. Professionalism, efficiency and sincere love for animals. I recommend this clinic with all my heart!

It's just a disgusting veterinary clinic! We arrived immediately when the dog became ill, Marina's doctor examined the dog, prescribed treatment that only made it worse with an eye, fed me breakfast that everything would be fine soon, as a result, my heart told me that I needed to run to another clinic and save the dog, but it was too late! My dog lost sight in one eye! Honestly, I'm just shocked, I've never come across such disregard! I do not recommend this clinic if you want to keep your pet healthy!

They put ivs on us and spent a couple of hours there. During this time, I saw their attitude towards their vocation. I can't say that they treat their business like a job. This is their calling. I've probably never seen people who loved their work so much and treated it so selflessly. And each of them is like that. I had a call with the words "the dog is dying, come save me." In about 20 minutes they managed to go and bring a huge dying dog. They provided help and it was clear how they were worried about the life of this dog. That's how all doctors would treat human lives. I don't have enough words to express my admiration for these people. Thank you for having such professionals!!!Good health to your patients and all the best to you!

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the entire team of the veterinary clinic for their professionalism, humanity and incredible compassion. We recently brought our kitten to you in critical condition in the middle of the night. Your specialists immediately got down to business, conducted an examination and X-ray, promptly identifying the need for urgent surgery. Despite all the efforts and high professionalism, unfortunately, our little friend could not be saved. We are deeply touched by the way the clinic staff treated our kitten and us. You have shown incredible attention and care, doing everything possible to help and ease our pain. We were given discounts on all procedures, were always in touch, consulted and informed about the condition of our pet. I would like to express my special gratitude for your sincere sympathy and support at this difficult moment. You are real professionals and very sincere people. Thank you for everything.

This is the best veterinary clinic in Tbilisi! Professional veterinarians who speak Russian, English and Georgian. The most loyal and adequate prices! The specialists of the clinic are very fond of animals, this is evident from the very beginning of communication, until the complete recovery of the pet. They remember their patients and are even ready to consult or receive treatment at night. If you choose a clinic, this is your choice! Forever in my heart ♥️ I recommend it to everyone!

They could not see the foreign body either on ultrasound or on X-ray. ivs were dripping without any blood tests. For three days, they mistook the threads in the intestines for gastritis. So they would have killed the cat without a normal diagnosis. I came to them later to dig through - they were offended that I went to the clinic with a normal attitude and refused to put ivs on. Don't come here for anything if you don't want to kill your pet and lose all the money on their black bookkeeping.

1) the ultrasound technician Maria allows herself to be kicked out and advised to go to another clinic. 2) The staff protects Maria and supports her opinion, which is not distorted by anything other than her opinion.
