Extremely negative experience. I do not recommend this clinic! I turned to this clinic for help for my little pet Simba with an eye problem. We trusted the doctors, hoping for professional diagnosis and proper treatment, but in the end we faced a situation that turned into a real nightmare for us. In our experience, Simba was misdiagnosed and given the wrong treatment. Despite the treatment, the eye's condition worsened, and as a result, we had to go to another clinic. The situation turned out to be so serious that Simba needed surgery: doctors discovered damage to his eye, through which the contents were leaking, and were forced to close the hole and sew up his eyelids to save his eye. It's a huge stress and pain for us to see our little pet suffer and realize how serious the consequences have become. We entrusted Simba's health to specialists, but as a result, we found ourselves in a situation where we had to urgently seek other help. I cannot say that it was the actions of the first clinic that caused all the complications, but I consider it necessary to talk about our experience so that other pet owners would be attentive and not be afraid to seek a second opinion when their condition worsens. It was a very difficult experience for us. A pet's health and eyesight are not something that can be risked. I really hope that other animals and their owners won't have to go through this. We go to the clinic on a regular basis, everything was fine, the doctors are caring. But I regretted that I took the dog to brush his teeth. This was the first purge in 4.5 years. After 3 months, all the stone and plaque completely returned, and the gums became inflamed again. What had been building up for 4.5 years returned in just 3 months. I asked if the enamel had been sanded and cleaned in the gum pockets. They told me no. If you go deeper into this issue, then sanding is an important final stage of the procedure: without polishing, the tooth surface remains rough, and plaque begins to accumulate much faster. And without cleaning the gum pockets, the inflammation will return as in our case. As a result, 500 GEL and anesthesia for the dog turned out to be, in fact, in vain. It's a shame. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend brushing teeth in this clinic.

A wonderful veterinary clinic — accepted without an appointment, immediately the doctor of the Face (amazing!!) She examined him, took his temperature, took a blood test and did an ultrasound, and then tested for tick infections and found out what was wrong with the dog. The prices are reasonable, the doctors are all kind, understanding, and love animals. The receptionist is also a very smiling girl, thank them very much! I recommend asking for help
