Yandex 360 Premium FAQ
- If you have a Yandex Disk Pro subscription, you can activate the new Yandex 360 Premium plan in the web interface at Yandex 360 plans. While both Yandex Disk Pro and Yandex 360 Premium are active, the disk space they provide is combined.
- If you already have a personal Premium subscription, you can't buy another one. But if you activated your Premium in the web interface and now want a more advanced plan, you can upgrade it. The full price is charged for the new plan. The old plan is canceled, and all the remaining days are converted to additional bought days based on the new plan's price.
- If you have an active “Premium Family” plan, you can get a personal Yandex 360 Premium subscription via the web interface at Yandex 360 plans. While both the family plan and the personal plan are active, the disc space is combined.
You can buy the Premium 2 TB promotional plan for ₽1490 from April 1 to April 30, 2023 inclusive.
Special conditions apply to the annual plan: you pay the discounted price for two years at once, then the full price every subsequent year.
You can only have one Yandex 360 Premium subscription. If you need more space on Yandex Disk, you can upgrade your Premium at Yandex 360 plans, paying the full price of the new plan. Your old plan will be canceled. The unused days will be added to your new subscription. Plans differ in price, so the number of additional days is recalculated based on the new plan. This way, your payment is distributed fairly according to the services provided.

Unfortunately, you can't turn your current Premium plan into a promotional one: only new subscribers are eligible for the promotion. But you can disable Yandex 360 Premium auto-renewal, wait for the end of the paid period, and then buy a new plan at a discount if the promotion is still valid.

Yes, you can use your discount, but then you won't be able to take advantage of the April promotion "2 TB for 2 years".

If you bought Yandex 360 Premium via the web interface or in the Yandex Disk or Yandex Mail app on an Android device, use the form at the bottom of the page to contact support after payment. Specify your login and plan in the message.

You can pay for Yandex 360 Premium in rubles or dollars using a card issued by Russian or non-Russian bank. To pay with a card issued by a non-Russian bank, go to Yandex 360 plans.
Most likely there wasn't enough money on your card at the time of renewal, or the bank rejected the payment for some reason. If you link another card with the required amount to your Yandex ID, the payment will be debited automatically within a day. If the system is unable to debit the payment from any of the cards linked to your account within 17 days, your plan will be deactivated.
