Can I upload a video to Yandex video search?

Video search doesn't support uploading video files. The service finds and shows videos from other sites.

To make your video appear on the video search page, upload it to the video hosting site and add a name, description, and tags. Yandex will soon index it, and the video will then appear in the search results.
