excellent clinic: doctors and nurses explain everything perfectly and do everything quickly. They give discounts to homeless people! Everyone speaks English, and Anya's doctor speaks Russian. thank you so much for taking care of Mariasha the cat (although she doesn't love you now, of course :))

I brought a cheerful kitten to the clinic for an initial checkup, and took it away unconscious. After the reception, the kitten's condition became sluggish and he stopped responding to external stimuli. I was taken to another clinic and was diagnosed with a coma. The cause was drug poisoning (overdose) with a flea medication. The kitten was in intensive care on IVs, and then in the hospital. The recommendations and the conclusion at the Zoofamily clinic were sent only at night. The communication was manipulative and unprofessional. They couldn't tell me the exact dosage of the antiparasitic agent used, although with a weight of 400 grams it is critical. As I tried to figure out the situation, the clinic tried to impose guilt on me and finally said that our communication was unproductive and I was wasting their time.

We are very pleased with the Zoofamily clinic. Doctors are attentive, professional and really love animals. We treated the cat, explained everything in detail, conducted an examination and prescribed the correct treatment. The clinic is clean, modern equipment and friendly staff. A separate advantage is the convenient location and fast service. We recommend Zoofamily to anyone who is looking for a reliable veterinary clinic in Tbilisi.

Our baby was bitten by an alabai, before we went to this clinic, we were treated by any means, but less effectively, that Anya had to surgically open the wounds and clean the cavities, which further avoided infection and suppuration of internal tissues, at the initial examination, the specialists were surprised that the bite site was not even shaved, the dog was not given painkillers, because of this, she was weakened by constant pain. Many thanks to Anya and Lily and all the staff of the clinic for their sensitive attitude and timely, qualified help!!!

I will share my experience of treating a cat in ZooFamily. Initially, they were treated at another clinic, and they picked up a cat on the street with a paw wound. We had a long treatment, the stitches came apart after the operation, and we went to Anya's surgeon for a second opinion. We agreed that we would do wound dressings at their clinic, after which we would perform an operation. Reviews often say that Zoofamily is inexpensive and makes discounts for cats that were taken from the street. Our situation was exactly the opposite. At first, we discussed the cost of bandaging at 50 lari, then we raised it to 60 lari, then we had to buy additional materials for 80 lari (the cost of each dressing). In addition, the cost of the future operation was initially discussed at GEL 600-700, and by the end of the treatments, the price had increased to GEL 1,500. They didn't tell me about the price change, I only found out because I decided to double-check myself. When asked why the price had changed, Ani said that we had come up with the cost of 600-700 ourselves, she could not say that, and that 700 GEL would not even cover the cost of work (for reference, the same operation in the most expensive clinic in the city costs 400 GEL for one surgeon and 600 GEL for another surgeon). There was always the impression that they were just cashing in on us, the treatment plan was constantly changing, in the direction of higher prices, of course. We decided to leave the doctor after we saw that the cat's claws had been cut off for meat, and some of them had blood vessels. We were not told about this, and it turns out that the claws looked like this a week after the haircut. That is, the doctor cuts the claws of the cat without permission, injuring it, and does not consider it necessary to inform the owner. Moreover, Ani started saying that the operation was risky, and if the stitches came apart, then we would need to undergo a two-month recovery course again before the next operation. The doctor refused to assess the risk as a percentage. When asked if the wound could heal on its own without surgery, Ani said that "this is not life for a cat, it's better to put it to sleep." The situation occurred a few weeks after we stopped taking the cat to Anya and discussed the situation with another surgeon: the wound had completely healed without surgery with home treatments. He didn't need surgery at all. But since this is a free outcome, Anya did not recommend it to us. The way the cat suffered with her treatment was not taken into account at all, for Anya, only money is important.

I treated the dog - I didn't like it. The clinic is small and dirty. The doctor talked like she was doing me a favor. The prices are too high , but the quality is poor

A pleasant place, attentive doctors. I brought the cat for vaccination, she was well examined, and they gave her health recommendations. There is a polite employee at the reception. What is especially pleasant is that all the staff spoke Russian. Thanks!

As a result of the treatment of several animals, I highly recommend not contacting here. 1) They do not know how to diagnose PHI and adequately assess the risks between GS and the death of the cat. If Zhrusya had continued to be treated at Zoofamily, she would have been dead. They don't know how to say in time: we can't cope, you need to go to another clinic, even when the animal is already dying. It's not even about the more than 5,000 GEL uselessly spent. Why did you keep us at your place for so long if you didn't understand why my cat was dying and how to help her?! 2) Stomas are installed without X-ray control - it's terrible, you can't do that. You can't do something that you don't know how to do and that you don't have the equipment for. The result was aspiration pneumonia of psa. 3) They are terribly mistaken about the volume of infusions. The dog was drinking water for 4 hours in a row because of how much it was overflowed. 4) They do not inform the owners of a part of the survey results and ignore the opinions of their colleagues-narrow specialists. I'm still in shock that I wasn't informed about the foreign object in the nose of the Gobbler. Zoofamily doctors were immediately notified about this subject by a radiologist from another clinic, to which Zoofamily doctors took Zhrusya for an X-ray. Why carry out such a difficult, obviously failed operation, after which a transfusion was required, if you were immediately informed that such an operation would not help without removing the foreign body?! 5) They do not talk about the need to do an ECHO of the heart before sterilization, which is performed under anesthesia. 6) Prescribe tests that are useless for diagnosis. Coronavirus analysis is absolutely useless in the diagnosis of PIP. Due to Zoofamily's negligence, my cat, Frusya, almost died and suffered a lot of additional suffering. If I hadn't asked for a second opinion, she would have died. Nice people work here, but the animals won't get qualified help - run.

I do not recommend contacting Anya's surgeon. I see that the clinic actively covers negative reviews with positive ones. But I know that our negative experience is not the only one. It's a pity that we also relied on the rating earlier. Our case: a cat's wound and possible re-operation. Before that, another clinic had tried to sew up the wound twice, but the stitches had split due to tension. At the very first consultation, after telling the treatment plan, Ani began to press for a decision, manipulating the phrases "don't you feel sorry for the cat?". If we hadn't felt sorry for the cat, we wouldn't have picked it up and treated it for 3 months. Subsequently, she forced additional expenses with the same manipulations. In short, we spent a lot of time and other resources on Anya's treatment and left her exhausted and with a nervous cat, and the cat's wound eventually healed without surgery (which Anya insisted on, but did not give any guarantees) under the supervision of another doctor. Learn more about our experience: 1. Ani did not provide alternative treatment methods. Only an operation and daily bandages under anesthesia at Anya's. As I wrote above, a gentle healing method was possible. It's just that Ani herself wasn't interested in him. 2. The cat became nervous and intimidated during the bandaging process. One day we discovered that Ani had cut off his claws at the root. They noticed this because he began to fall when trying to jump and walk strangely, they noticed his anxiety. There were days when, after the reception, the cat walked around the house and screamed all evening. And only after questioning, Anya said that "the type of anesthesia has changed" and he reacts like that. She said about the claws that they "got in her way." After that, we realized that we couldn't trust Anya Kotov, and we stopped the treatment. 3. Communication is uncomfortable. She talks rudely, scolded me for not texting her at 4 a.m. for every little thing. An unacceptable tone that she allows herself, knowing that the owner and the pet are in a dependent position. 4. Suddenly changes the treatment plan. Does not notify the host. He changes the type of bandage and confronts the fact that it is urgently necessary to find a patch that is not available in Georgia and which is needed for the next dressing (and the same patch was not stably fixed by it and immediately slipped off). There were unexpected urgent tests and other things that had not been discussed before and were poorly argued. 5. Financial pressure. Ani often said that she needed to take an additional examination and added, "it's not that much money." Not big for whom? It's strange that a doctor doesn't hesitate to count other people's money, but for some reason he doesn't provide free help. In addition, Ani said about another clinic that the prices there were crazy (which was also unethical), but in the end, bandages and everything else at Zoofamily were much more expensive, although in terms of equipment and quality of services they were much inferior to their colleagues. Bandages were more expensive than discussed, Ani explained this by the high cost of materials. When we bought the materials on our own for the last bandages, for some reason the price for bandages did not decrease. 6. Aggressive imposition of services. Anya imposed a hospital, saying, "if you can't keep an eye on him at home, leave him with us, he will be monitored 24/7." That night, the cat's Band-Aid slipped off in the middle of the night. Ani probably thinks that the owners shouldn't sleep at all, but should manually fix her flimsy bandages at night. Ironically, there was an incident after that when Ani couldn't keep up and immediately after the dressing, the cat pulled off the bandage, and I had to bring him back. She also found a follicle on the cat's paw, from which vibrissae grow, for some reason she shaved them off and persuaded them to do a histology. And the cat has the same thing on the other paw, and our other cat has the same thing. And all cats. It's strange that the veterinarian doesn't know that this is the absolute norm, and cats need vibrators there. Or he knows, but imposes unnecessary examinations. It was the worst treatment experience, but to be fair, I would also note a positive point: Anya recommended seeding the wound and based on it, she selected a suitable antibiotic for the cat, and it helped.
