My kids said no thanks. After that, they called me on the phone and told me about the situation. During our conversation, a male veterinarian ran out after them and said let's do it, we'll examine your dog. As a result of the inspection, I set the payment for the service at 90 rubles. They asked me to examine my eyes. Please excuse me for saying that, but did you find suckers to cheat for money? These are children, what are you doing?? If you were an adult, would you also run to do the examination favors? The complaint should be written against you already, what a dirty attitude!The staff is terrifying! The attitude to work, and even more so to pets, is terrible! If you don't know how to treat it, then you shouldn't prescribe treatment!!! We went to another veterinary clinic, and as a result of the examination, we found out that the dog has otitis media, I'm scratching his ears for a reason, his eyes are dripping, his ears are dripping. I applied to this clinic because I couldn't get to another one ( because it was a day off)- the puppies had diarrhea, the Doctor made a bunch of diagnoses and not one correct one (as a result, the diagnosis was completely different and postmortem)... the worst attitude of the doctor - I have not yet met, they took the money (I still do not know why , only in words ) , they did not give me the conclusion of the performed manipulations , injections , I repeat, everything is only in words and the number in the receipt, after I took the puppies, they began to die one by one. I will never contact them again and I will not advise anyone, avoid them!!! You can 't bring my animals back, it's a business for them and nothing more! I'll update the review! Since I can't reply to the comment left below! Unfortunately, I turned to your clinic by a bitter accident due to the fact that other clinics were closed. I don't think it's necessary to leave personal data-I'm sure you understand who I'm talking about!!! To begin with, I highly recommend this place to all pet lovers. On 04/29/2023, they went to the veterinary clinic with red spots on their tongue and general poor health. It turned out to be an infection. They assured me that tests are needed in order to prescribe treatment and a course of antibiotics. Dehydration was also detected, after which ivs or injections were offered, we chose injections. Then the following happens. They give some injections, including antibiotics, do not name the price (you might think that we should have asked ourselves, but the human factor, you trust a competent (as it turned out, not very) employee). The course of antibiotics is 5 days, so there was an oral agreement that the cat should be brought on Sunday 30.04.2023 at 4 o'clock. As a result, the check was 73 rubles, of which I knew exactly the price for the analysis of 25 rubles. and the price for injections for dehydration was 5 rubles. The veterinarian herself did not plan to introduce me to the price course. Only my questions opened her mouth. Now I realize that I didn't ask enough questions. The next day we decided to bring our kitty not at 4, as scheduled, but earlier at 3. And we had to kiss the closed door, it turns out they went to rest earlier, and on the first of May they have a day off. In total, we get: a useless antibiotic, the course of which was not passed through their fault, and therefore a useless analysis for the discharge of an antibiotic. The only thing that helped was injections for dehydration, I know how serious it is, so the injections were useful. But the rest is USELESS. On Tuesday, May 2, a dialogue took place with the same veterinarian, since the boss was not at the workplace. The veterinarian could not give clear answers (which was to be expected), in addition to antibiotics and against dehydration, which injections were also not answered, and the fact that they closed on the appointed day was "for technical reasons" Today there was a conversation with the boss, which was not much different from a conversation with a veterinarian, communication with the wall. It turns out that we should have written to them on Instagram and asked them exactly about Sunday if they would work. When asked by the boss why take the owner's phone number if you can't call and notify about the closure, they say that too many people need to call (so apparently you can not call anyone). The money spent was not returned, the boss was stunned that this had never happened in 30 years of work and that they HAD SAVED the CAT. Saved means when you bring an animal yourself, pay a lot of money, you and your pet are slaughtered the very next day, but are justified by a couple of injections, which are less than the total amount. This is the first time we have encountered such a negligent attitude, of course we are very upset about this whole situation, and we hope that this review will save others from such a disregard.

I came with a cat on October 17th (Scottish fold)for castration, (the simplest operation to date), I left a cat, asked to call in advance so that the cat would not wait for me. When I came, I was terrified, my cat, still recovering from anesthesia, was sitting scared on the floor behind the closet, the "doctor" said that the cat jumped out of the carrier and ran around the clinic!!! Conclusion-after the operation, the animals are left unattended!!! I tried to catch him myself, he ran from one closet to another, then I barely pulled him out by the skin, it was very difficult for me because I myself after a stroke, my arm and leg practically do not "work". As a result, I am pounding from stress, the cat too, one desire is to run...When I came home, I found that there were no stitches as such (or everything was gone or what) a huge bloody lump. I started calling the clinic, but the time was up, the working day was over...I looked on the Internet what it was, took a photo and went to the doctor, he said to treat bigluconate with Dimexide and Chlorhexidine, said everything would pass... After 3 days I took a photo, it got even worse, I came to the doctor, he began to reassure me that everything would pass, bring the cat for examination.(No way!) I asked for a refund (the only thing I thank him for), he silently returned the money. The result is that we are being treated at the Cat and Dog clinic, from the 20th to this day, I have already given 150 rubles, thank God almost everything has healed.The diagnosis was an infection (I can't say when, or during the operation or after, when he was running around the "clinic"). The cat also began to limp on one paw as soon as she brought it home, the story is silent about what reason... So, if you want your animal not to die or become disabled, NEVER contact this clinic, buy maximum food!!!

Looking into the eyes, they attribute unproven services to the checks and do not even apologize when pointing out this fact. The doctor allows himself to be late for the only appointment in his calendar per day for 20 minutes or more, diagnoses are made based on intuition and temperature measurement (at best).
