What kind of salesman works for Masherov 16?! Is it really impossible to tell at the checkout that the promotion is valid only if you can provide a discount card! It's a shame, because there is a card, but they didn't make a discount..we thought that the 15% discount is valid in any case for all Royal Canin products from May 4 to May 15.

It's just awful. Amoebas are working, they can't tell you anything. They sit and stare with stupid eyes (specifically on Masherova St. 16, one seller or another). No matter what you ask, they don't know anything. Well, if you get a job there, then it's tough. They're being selected as presidents. And they pay like janitors. I wouldn't even give you one star.

Terrible service. In this particular store, a woman with red hair simply can't tell what kind of puppy food is in the store. I started showing food for puppies, but for some reason this list includes: cat food, food for adult dogs of small breeds. We didn't understand your "jokes" at all. They decided to just leave. Oh yes, employees in a state of illness should not be in the workplace, in contact with customers and coughing all over the room (dada, the same red-haired woman)

A large selection of pet products. The staff will help you choose the product, they are very polite.

It's a great store, and there aren't many people. If there are queues at the checkout, then there are terminals for self-payment

A good chain of stores. I buy dog food here. There is a choice. From budget options to "gold" ones. And shares👍. A good discount system based on the customer's card. I recommend. For me, this is the best network in this segment so far.
