I used to be one of my favorite opticians. Then the sellers changed, they moved, and everything got really bad. You come to buy lenses, it's closed, although it's business hours... Next time you think, okay, I'll call you so you don't have to go, no one answers and think about whether they're working or not. Management review the work of the staff, someone, somewhere is out of place....
