I had a change of mind on a refrigerator I bought. I kept it new and in the box. They got manager approval and reversed my charge back to my card, so for this I give them a special respect here in Armenia to do the right thing. I can trust them with my business in the future.

Very poor service. Staff is not sufficiently aware of products they sell. Cashiers are not enough trained to adequately address payment software issues. It took 20 minutes for me to pay due to the fact that none of the cashiers was aware how to issue a gift card that cane with the product I was trying to buy.

This company is completely dishonest and unprofessional. I bought an electric coffee machine from the Zigzag branch in Dalma in March. They didn't even test the product in front of me. I clearly said that I don't live in Armenia, and no one mentioned the ridiculous 14-day return limit. When I got home, the car wasn't working at all. Now they say it should be repaired, not replaced. This is pure deception. They take your money easily, but they don't take any responsibility when a problem arises. This company is completely irresponsible and fraudulent. I bought a coffee maker at the Zigzag Dalma store, no one even checked the device in my presence. I clearly said that I do not live in Armenia, but they did not say that I have only 14 days to return. I came home: the device wasn't working at all. Now they say it's just a renovation. This is pure deception. When they take money, everything is fine, but when there is a problem, you are left alone. It's a shame.

I bought various equipment in this store. After a few months, the washing machine began to show a defect. I contacted the service center, but they can't find and solve the problem there. A video showing the defect to the foreman and the director of the service center is not enough. I sent a claim - it has simply been ignored since October 2023. I've been calling the central office for several months. They assured me that they are working with the problem. In fact, there is no feedback and no solution to the problem either. A banal delay in time until the warranty period expires. I bought equipment in this "network" for 1,500,000 in a few months, which I greatly regretted. You buy a product, but the seller does not fulfill his obligations - is it adequate to work like this in 2024? I do not recommend this store to anyone.
