The stain was not painted over. Recently, a meeting was organized with a deputy in the Housing and communal services. The head of ZHES #7 told me that a neighbor from the apartment on the fifth floor said herself that her toilet was leaking. Well, I think okay..... Today I managed to talk to my neighbor about this topic. It turned out that she hadn't said that....It turns out that when meeting with the deputy, he brazenly lied to close the issue. They say the tenants are to blame, and eliminate at their own expense. In general, I will not leave it like that.... We'll have to expose it....
