The main argument is that we don't have any preparations, today is Monday, yesterday we ate everything. At the same time, there was no loading, the waiters were sitting and bored. The manager didn't even want to apologize, but she just came and said that these were our problems, because they didn't have any blanks. At the same time, initially no one warned about such a long wait. And in the process, they answered all the questions: everything is being prepared. We can't figure out the time. The food was delicious, but of course I didn't want anything anymore. There is no lighting on the pier, but the view during the evening was wonderful. The mosquitoes appeared after sunset. We ordered all the most expensive items on the menu, but it didn't save us. In fact, no one has made any discounts for such a service.

Complete disappointment, we visited this place on the weekend, had a rest with a large company, paid a deposit for a table of 300 rubles and everyone else paid 15 rubles for admission separately, from 12 at night to 4 in the morning we barely asked to sing 2 songs, our turn was always missed. The waiters' service is disgusting, they put extra alcohol in our order that we didn't drink or order, they tried to cheat us by punching more at the bar, and when asked where this amount came from, they punched more than they poured. No one even apologized, just shrugged their shoulders. They try to cheat at every turn! It's a very dubious place, I don't recommend it to anyone!!! Because we came to the gastrofest, but as it turned out, two more banquets (weddings) were held in the hall, so we waited for our dish to be brought to us for more than an hour. Obviously, it was more important for them to serve two banquets than ordinary visitors, so our dishes were brought to us when the banquet tables were sorted out. We paid 300 rubles for the table and it turned out that it was not a deposit, but we just paid for an empty table, that we sat down at it. Moreover, we also paid 15 rubles for admission from 12 people. The receptionist told us that it was a VIP table, but we still didn't understand what it was. We waited in the same way for the songs in the general queue, and after 4 a.m. they announced to us that the songs were now paid. We asked all the guys we know in Brest and they told us that there had never been such a thing in zhemchug, the deposit system always works and you were deceived. Perhaps the restaurant is already so bad that they don't pay their staff and they are forced to deceive their guests. Well, or the pearl management itself does not disdain to act so piggishly with its guests. In general, I advise you to be careful and clarify every detail so that you don't end up being deceived.

If you want to sing, you're definitely not here.They were in the institution from June 14 to June 15, 2025 from 23.00 to the beginning of 4 a.m. Two couples were sitting at a table.They gave us a microphone once in four hours!!!Alone!!!And that was when we came up after an hour of staying and clarified what was going on.Literally leaving, they came up again and asked to sing a second time.We were offered to pay 150 rubles for the song out of turn.We asked what about our turn at the tables, and they told us five more songs.Two certainly beautiful young ladies on stage can't sing from the word at all, and accordingly they can't pull anyone out of singing badly. A deposit of 100 rubles per person without hookah is not worth it at all.You can sing once in 4 hours!The lack of qualified vocalists in the institution is blood from the ears.The calculation is for drunk tourists from whom they extort money for songs outside of school without a cash register.More songs speed up while singing karaoke and chops between the weird ones.The territory is beautiful - that's it.

The young waiter boy is very nice and helpful. We were almost alone, we had left several hundred Belarusian rubles. After we paid at the restaurant, we wanted to continue our vacation at karaoke. But then a very unpleasant receptionist came in, who said that we were not suitable for age, and, in general, according to the dress code. To be honest, we Muscovites, who visit much more pretentious and decent establishments, have never encountered such rudeness in our lives. We had to turn around and leave spat on. Passing by the karaoke entrance on the other side, we saw how the guards tried to force an elderly gentleman who could not stand on his feet and could barely hold on to the taxi doors. Apparently, such visitors have successfully passed the dress code. And our company consists of three Moscow businessmen with their wives and an adult student son, and a well-known deputy blogger throughout the CIS. They DON'T NEED the headmasters of a Moscow school with tens of thousands of subscribers. Never set foot in here again. Keep your rudeness to yourself. They cook, by the way, for a very long time.

Last time there was our company of 4 people, they called to book a table, they told us the deposit was 200 rubles, okay. But from 9 a.m. to 3 a.m., we sang 6 songs.. because after 1 song, the songs started in the queue... and these people don't even sit at the table and don't pay the deposit)) Today we arrived by calling in advance, it was the beginning of 1 a.m. on the clock, when they said that there were 6 of us, they told us that the deposit was 200 rubles and 15 rubles from each for karaoke and that 290 rubles only at the entrance))) and this is realizing that we can sing 3 songs per night) we arrived, but they wouldn't let us in. Security guards will determine who can enter and who can't)) We had a birthday girl with us who, a priori, does not drink alcohol, but they told her she looked "more or less" in the sense that it was not very clear, of course, and when we asked to get a breathalyzer, they said it was not there, face control was working)))) In short, if you didn't come out face-on, there's a chance you won't get through..Disappointed, really. There is no desire to go there anymore.. To sum up, I've probably known this karaoke since the year 2018, and I'm sad to realize how cool it was and how it's become. Upon returning home, I discovered that I had completely different dishes after all. And the ending: "Can I bring you the bill already?" You call yourself a "restaurant", but how do you differ from ordinary coffee shops? Oh, yes, the service is better in the cafe!
