We were at my husband's birthday party in winter, cockroaches were jumping on the table when we told the waitress about it, she pretended to hear it for the first time and asked for a photo of a cockroach to prove it, although she noticed a pencil from cockroaches everywhere on the baseboards, we had guests from another city so they wouldn't see, I brushed the cockroach off the table it was very unpleasant, according to the waitress, I had to take a picture of the cockroach in front of the guests and show them, after that I don't go there and tell my friends about it.

I arrived at the restaurant and said that I needed a reservation and wanted to make a menu, the staff didn't give a damn, to put it mildly. No one met me, no menu was served. Okay, I found a waiter and asked to invite the receptionist, and he or she is at a meeting. Well, okay, I took the number, called later to make a reservation. The administrator responds coldly and indifferently. There are no answers to the questions. Rudeness and stupidity are the main things that are owned in this institution. I do not advise anyone to visit this place. It's the worst service I've ever seen anywhere. Such a sediment will remain that the mood will spoil for the whole day! If the management reads these comments, change the staff. You're losing money! The best advertisement is word of mouth. Now neither I nor my friends and acquaintances will visit this place.
