I would remove the tomato and marinate the cabbage with carrots, so the taste will be more varied and subtle. But it's also so delicious! I'm pleasantly shocked! For the first time, I did not finish the shawarma in 550 grams. At the same time, I am a regular customer of this network. I often buy the same thing at the point on Chervyakova 23 (there have been no such problems there so far). After a business trip to St. Petersburg, where I really liked the format of shawarma on a plate, for a very long time I did not find analogues in Minsk. There is either no such shawarma format anywhere, or it is something that has not been brought to mind (small portion size, few vegetables, only one sauce, lack of lavash, etc.). The shawarma on the plate in the cabinet is excellent. A full-fledged dish in a large container. There is everything you need: delicious meat, French fries, vegetables (cucumber, tomato and pekinka), one piece of folded thin pita bread from the bottom under the whole meal and one of the same on top and as many as three sauces!!! I really liked this excellent shawarma on a plate and brought back memories of my good trip to St. Petersburg. The only thing to note is the French fries. It was a little dark, which indicates that it was not the most frequent oil change. I recommend this place to everyone. Great food and there's a covered place to sit.
