I attended men's pilates groups for a month and was pleased with the high level of service, the quality of training, the atmosphere and the hospitality of the studio. Many thanks to the organizer and the whole team! My wife and I stayed in Tbilisi for a month, my wife chose this studio based on reviews and was very pleased with the group classes, saw that there were men's classes in the schedule and suggested that I try to go. I tried it and never regretted it) I liked that all the equipment is fresh and well maintained, clean, bright locker rooms, professional coaches who are passionate about their work and continue to study, a building with high ceilings and spacious rooms where it is pleasant to be, and a radiant receptionist at the entrance, who shines a smile on visitors like the sun :-) Thank you again and have a nice day! If we visit Tbilisi again, we will definitely come back.

The neck spasm did not go away for a couple of months, nothing helped. I came to George for manual therapy on his advice. In a couple of sessions, George removed the spasm, and now I can sit again without picking up my neck with my hands, and generally function normally as before. George is an exceptional specialist who brings my neck back to normal every time! I am very grateful!!
