The service is terrible. I needed a bouquet for my birthday. I've been writing to them all day, and when I asked if I could order a bouquet, they told me I could. And then silence … No one answered what flowers are available and what prices. I stopped by in the evening to collect a bouquet after the fact. The staff who were in the hall were discussing someone very actively and loudly! Apparently they have enough orders that they have no interest in buying flowers from them! There is no customer orientation!!! The seller in the department of indoor flowers is often not in place, he is rude to customers! I've often bought indoor flowers and bouquets here, but I won't do it anymore! When customers are treated like this, you don't want to come back!!!

Today I bought 2 bouquets for the last call. By evening, there will be 2 roses in one room that have fallen apart. In the second bouquet, the roses are in a precarious state. How can you do that? The mood, along with the bouquets, flew into the trash. Disgusting!
