Terrible experience with the door installation company! We contacted this company hoping for high-quality doors and professional installation, but we were disappointed. 1. Zero consultation – the manager and the measurer (director) did not understand the specifics of the doors and the apartment at all, did not ask about the direction of opening, and then it turned out that the threshold on the floor covering was not under the doors, but in another place. I had to redo it at my own expense! 2. Poor-quality installation: the gaps on the telescopic platbands are uneven, the caps for the hinges are crooked. 3. Dirty doors with film remnants – it would seem like a small thing, but shooting this film is a real hell! It peels off in pieces, leaves sticky marks, and some areas even had to be wiped off with a solvent. In general, money is wasted. I will never contact this office again and I will not advise anyone.

It was a disgusting store, we needed budget doors, and when we said we didn't need expensive ones, we didn't really talk to them. They immediately began to offer a loan, if I needed a loan, I would definitely say so!!! They ordered pens that were not in principle in Yurkas, they had to be ordered from somewhere, they did not arrive on time. When I started asking why they didn't immediately tell the salon that they weren't available, we would have bought others. They said I thought that's what you wanted. As they say, the turkey was also thinking, but it got into the soup. And there is also a very expensive dismantling and installation of doors. For this money, it would be possible to buy 2 more doors. In general, I was not satisfied.

First, we bought the front door to the apartment - after a month it stopped closing, it was necessary to push and press the door so that the key would turn.But these are small things, as it turned out.After a while, when the deadline for installing the interior doors came, a measurer came and measured the doors for us, and such was the professional that for some reason this miracle worker had 2-4 cm in reserve for each opening.As a result, in July, an order was placed at the Stroitelei salon in Vitebsk for five entrance doors - not a budget option, a customized position, doors of different heights - based on the recommendations of the measurer and the salon employee.The long-awaited September came, with no less long-awaited doors - they were delivered, the next day the installers came - who pleased us with the news that: 1) In one of the two doors, the lock is locked at the wrong height!Stabbed in only two doors , not five !Apparently, the factory screwed up on the second one, and decided to stop there.And the most interesting thing is that the cutting was done exactly under the handle on only one door - so that there was no difference in the height of the cutting - well, you can see right away that the professionals worked! 2) The measurer measured this way and that, and in general, you needed to order all the doors in the same height, why did you order in different ones?Evelina, an employee of the Builders' store, also asked me the same question, and when we told her that it was your measurer, the questions ended immediately, and everyone felt sad.And then, casually, flipping through some papers, she says the manager made a mistake here, you need to pay 700 rubles extra.And this, for a moment, after we have already paid the entire amount of the contract, and even for the installation in advance, and signed three documents with the amount indicated in them and fully paid by us.Of course, we didn't pay anything, especially after no one even apologized to us that after 45 days of waiting, they brought us a fake marriage (Instead of apologizing, they told us that this was normal, it happens) The door was taken away, and three weeks later a replacement arrived, with a bubble on the paint around the handle. 🤣🤣🤣Fortunately, they had the same door in their warehouse by some miracle (well, by some miracle.It was our first defective door), and they replaced part of it with an exactly painted one. Thank God, we found some good installers - the interior doors were installed well, but when installing the locks on one rack, melting occurred, we were warned about this, they said they would replace it - and again, instead of the promised week, Yurkas took the rack to the installers for a month.If this organization does not fulfill its promise even to its employees, then what should customers expect? Summing up the painful cooperation with this office, I want to give advice to people who choose a door store for themselves - do not choose Jurkas!The probability that you will have a lot of problems is extremely high, especially if you are planning large orders.I recommend that the store management at the builders in Vitebsk hold an educational meeting with your employee Evelina that in the process of resolving disputes with customers, it is necessary to show initiative and responsiveness, and not to drag out actions with pincers - we kept in touch with the director, logistician and installers absolutely without the participation of a direct representative of the store, my hut is on the edge - figure it out for yourselfThat's the attitude we got.The measurer also does not know how, and apparently does not want to do his job efficiently. The number of stars I have given is an exceptionally positive assessment of Sergey's installer and Maria's logistician, who helped us resolve the conflict.As an organization, Jurkas didn't deserve any.

All the wishes voiced on my part were heard, and the consultants treated me very politely. I did not use the installation services, since I had my own master. No flaws have been found so far. Therefore, I returned 2 months later and ordered the front door. I really liked the attention from the employees and the level of their qualifications.

I would like to single out the manager of Guk Evelina, who is not familiar with such concepts as customer orientation, high qualifications and consideration of consumer needs - all this is not about her. An absolutely incompetent, unqualified manager. If you expect that you will somehow be helped in solving the problems you have at work, then no, you should not expect this from her. 1) when asked why it is impossible to put one door instead of two connecting architraves on the portals that are nearby, she answers "because" and that's it. "I don't know why you and the measurer didn't discuss this." Because the measurer is the same - not a single question - neither in the direction of opening the doors, nor in the layout - nothing. He came, measured, and left. Without waiting for an answer, I had to call another manager in another office and throw off the photo. Evelina, the manager, found out and called herself, complaining at the same time about a client who "will sit here until he turns blue" and asking "what should I do with him" - probably to offer at least something, and not to give a damn about his work. I have already heard some kind of response from the manager of another office. 2) No solutions have been proposed. Evelina, the manager, did not even try to meet me halfway, on the contrary, when I suggested that the installers take both the door and the trim with them, and if the trim did not get up, install the trim plates. She replied well, but you pay for everything at once. They say we have to pay for the material first, then install it. I say, "Okay, if the door is damaged and doesn't fit, I'll pay for it, and if it does, why would I pay for 2 more trim panels that I don't need? "We don't have an attraction of unprecedented generosity here," Evelina replied and said that no one would just carry anything. I say Okay, let them bring everything, but again, if it's not useful, I'll give it back to the installers and come to you for a refund. - No, and this option did not suit her)) "You can carry it yourself, the installers won't take anything away," Evelina replied. Here is an example of help in solving problematic issues) I rarely write reviews, but it's hard to restrain myself here. 3) how lucky I am that Evelina's Manager ended her working day and another manager came in who solved the problem in 1 minute, accepting my conditions and even improving them a little. At the same time, the same manager Evelina tried to interfere here, insisting that I personally carry 2.5 meter unsuitable items to her in case of anything - thank you for your customer orientation! The measurer is the same "specialist", no question, no advice, no explanation, no consultation - nothing! I am pleased with the interaction with the other manager in this office, as well as the specialist Grigory from the office on Leningradskaya. It's only because of these 2 people that I give 2 stars, not one.… I'll add: the installation took place, the installers turned out to be very adequate, and all those points that the would-be measurer with "great experience" wrote to me said that it was all nonsense, they did everything as I wanted, again contrary to this miracle measurer and the words of the manager of the Guk Evelina. The review may be changed depending on the organization's reaction. So far, I see a lot more cons here than advantages. Pros: the installers I came across, one of the managers in this office, manager Gregory. From Leningrad Cons: Evelina Hooke, a measurer, whom it's better not to call at all - measure it yourself and it will be more useful, well, an organization that cares little about the client's opinion and attitude towards him
