We discussed with the administrator that we would completely redo it, perhaps the varnish itself had deteriorated, but the master decided to simply redo a couple of nails (apparently it was too lazy), saying that they simply dried badly. As a result, the chipping already started on the redone nail on the same day. Plus, it's disappointing that the master doesn't hear the client at all. I ask you not to touch the form, but she told me "I'm a little bit" and rounded the shape a lot when I didn't ask for it. I ask you to move the cuticle away and paint it carefully as close to the cuticle as possible, she pretends to hear, takes a brush and paints almost over the cuticle without pushing the skin away. In general, they don't hear the client at all. Unfortunately, I do not know the name of the master. I know that the equipment says Yana and Dasha. Apparently one of these girls. You can judge the accuracy of the manicure by the photo. I really don't like to swear and leave negative reviews, because we are all human beings, different things happen. But when you speak directly, and they don't hear you directly, it's unpleasant. And even when you pay for work that could be done well in another salon for the same money, or even cheaper.

I signed up with a highly qualified master for a full pedicure with a coating, I thought that a master's qualification was a chance to get a good pedicure, and not just gel-coated nails. The master treated the entire foot with a hard abrasive and wanted to finish it. I do a pedicure once every 3 weeks, so I understand that after such a treatment, more polishing is needed. When I asked her to polish it, the master replied that she would not do that, because she does not do that. I insisted on polishing, because getting heels that cling after the first shower is not such a pleasure. I just didn't hear anything: and she doesn't have to come here, and she doesn't have any discs, and the whole salon doesn't provide discs for the masters, and she won't call the administrator, and write wherever you want. Although I just insisted that I needed to grind and offered all possible options where to get this disc. I even offered to pay extra if their polishing is not included in the full pedicure service. As a result, the master just left, walked around throwing something around the salon, returned with a displeased face and began to polish. I asked what was so unusual, unrelated to the pedicure master's work, that caused such rudeness and such a displeased face. They didn't deign to answer me again. The bottom line is that the problem is not in the absence or presence of discs, but in the fact that even after obtaining a grinding disc, the master could not do the job properly. The heels are like sandpaper, everything clings, some places are cut. The receptionist is not a girl at all - instead of somehow apologizing, smoothing out the situation, she told me: we found the disk, what else do you want from us. Dear Supervisor! Please consider the issue of professional development of your pedicure masters, I have never come across such outdated foot treatment methods in any salon, and it was very strange to hear that the salon does not provide employees with the necessary material for work and they have to run to beg for it from colleagues on the move, turning everything in their path. Well, I think it's worth thinking about customer orientation and the ability to get out of conflict situations.

This was my third visit, and unfortunately, it turned out to be the most disappointing. The first manicure, performed by a TOP master, began to peel off after a week. I decided to give you a second chance and made an appointment with an Expert Craftsman before the New Year. Fortunately, the manicure was a success then, and I was pleased with Ulyana's work, although there were some minor questions about the evenness of the sawdust. However, the third visit to Expert Master Alina left me completely perplexed. During the procedure, the master listened to music with headphones, was distracted by correspondence, and even worked as an administrator. Unfortunately, the hardware manicure was done roughly, and the skin around the nails stung and hurt for several more days. It was extremely frustrating, as I had never experienced anything like this. The design turned out to be substandard and sloppy, and the old coating was not completely removed, which is completely unacceptable for the work of an Expert Craftsman. I expected much more from your studio, and unfortunately, I'm disappointed. I hope that you will pay attention to the qualifications of your employees and do everything possible to prevent such situations from happening again. The question is, why was it necessary to tear the cuticle so much? Does she even know how to do a hardware manicure? If not, then why do the administrators put it on such a manicure? Even a beginner would have done it more accurately, but here the expert is a master and such a disgusting job. I'm already silent about the small cuts that she made, but I asked for the large wounds to be treated myself, because the master herself did not think of it. Apparently, this kind of work is the norm for her. Then she started sawing her nails with a nail file. And those fingers that she didn't injure with the cutter, she tore with a file🤦🏽♀️ Disgusting rough work. There is no neatness and professionalism at all. In addition, she ordered pizza with other craftsmen and went away several times during work, I think there is no need to explain why. Well, yes, I can wait for the master to have a snack and chat with other masters. Probably eating pizza is much more important for master Alina than doing her job efficiently. Get better at the qualifications of your masters and check their professionalism before calling them "experts". And explain to them how they should behave in the workplace.
