The employee of the department refused to give me the shipment, because the recipient's surname is Shimnsky instead of the one indicated in my passport, Shimansky. At the same time, I had a phone with a message in Viber about the delivery of the shipment, a passport, and the shipment itself was cash on delivery, i.e. I came to pay for it! Are you serious? Do you instruct your employees to be so principled and force a person to come again because of one letter? You do understand that I am unlikely to recommend your service to my friends as convenient and customer-oriented?
