Level 19 Local Expert

The best store that we visited in Minsk. The assortment is varied (it was a bit of a shock that some stores didn't have eggs and stupid jokes that chickens were on vacation), very polite staff, clean, comfortable trolleys, there are simple cash registers and self-service cash desks. I am very glad that we had this wonderful store next to us.

18.09.26 Торопился , надо было быстро перекусить, вспомнил что рядом находится Евроопт с большим и интересным ассортиментом готовой продукции. Заскочил,меня встретила витрина широкого ассортимента,но взгляд пал на большой кусок отбивной в панировке. Быстро прошёл через кассы, там же погрел , там же присел поесть. Вкус сразу показался неприятным, панировка скомкалась как тесто, захрустели хрящи, мясо тяжело жевалось, но первый укус я проглатил.Мясо оказалось чуть ли не полностью сырым, хотя цвет корочки соотвестовал готовой панировке. Я сам отработал поваром 4 года и на личном опыте знаю что такое происходит когда в темное фритюрное масло пихают пожарить что нибудь ещё. Визуально продукт кажется готовым, но текстура и содержимое всë ещё сырое. Повара магазина решили даже не проверять готовность таких плотных кусков мяса. За время в общепите я разные ошибки наблюдал, но настолько очевидно не готовый продукт выложить на ветрину или тарелку никто не решился бы. Я обратился к администратору , хотел по-быстрому решить этот вопрос, так как торопился. Мне предложили заменить отбивную, но обсолютно ВСЕ отбивные на ветрине были сырыми. Я обратился к повару у фритюра, им оказался молодой парень, туркмен. Он предложил мне самый жаренный кусок. Мне показалось что лицо парня имеет какие то кожные заболевания, но надеюсь что мне просто показалось.Я предложил ему забрать все отбивные и дожарить их, не знаю понял ли он меня. Выбегая из магазина, кусая отбивную, заметил что она тоже оказалась полу сырой.. Аппетит полностью пропал, просто выкинул еду в мусорку и побежал по делам, мутило до конца дня. Боюсь представить как там готовятся более сложные блюда, если даже просто пожарить кусочек мяса во фритюре оказалось проблемой Ещё одно место где экономят на поварах , и куда ни я, ни мои знакомые больше не зайдут перекусить

I visit this store almost every day, among the advantages, the department with amazing pastries (croissants are a masterpiece), the department with ready-made food, pizza and chebureks at 1.50 are very good, there are many self-service cash desks, a dining area with a microwave. Of the minuses, of course, is the main automatic door, it has not been working since at least August, it makes it very difficult and creates a crush, as well as almost all the chicken meat in the store runs out in the evening.

When the store was offline, it opened at 8. The cakes and pastries there were good. Then Euroopt bought it out - well, it's immediately minus 9 points. But at least at first it opened at the same 8 o'clock. And then they started opening at 9 (just the beginning of the working day for many) - and the meaning in it disappeared. It would seem that now there is a whole hour of extra time. But never at 9 o'clock is the cooking or baking department ready, the counters are always empty (well, or 1-2-3 days old rotten). That is, it is literally an alcohol market in the very center of the city, on the avenue. Where you can only buy chocolate, cigs and booze. I won't say anything about the service, you're serving yourself here, and thanks for that.

There are no questions about the assortment and order. I live at a nearby metro station, and due to the appearance of a campaign with minions, I come to this particular store for my daughter. We laid out a whole box of minions, spent a lot of time to find the ones we don't have, but it turned out that there were only two types in the whole box. The question is no longer about the store, but specifically about the network. As for the service, I would call it disgusting. It was the first time I encountered such a dissatisfied face from an employee who was approached with a question that hadn't even been asked yet. There are similar situations with other employees: they don't know anything, they are always dissatisfied, "ask someone there yourself," they said that there is only one minion in the receipt for +40 rubles for the promotion, and if there is a full price for the second one, then don't get nervous. I always buy groceries from the neighbors under the house, and I've never had anything like this here in two weeks of non-daily shopping.

I was in this Euroopt right last night. I haven't seen such a queue at the only working cash register since Soviet times! It's clear that 5 self-service cash registers are great, but people have reasons why they can't use them! But I must pay tribute to the staff who help people at these cash desks - they work just fine! I didn't even have time to press the call button, as a woman came up to me and helped with an unreadable label. And then a young man ran up and also quickly helped to cope with the "wrong" weight. Well done! They work quickly and competently! The selection of products is not bad, I bought almost everything on the list. Here's another drawback: there are a lot of storage rooms that are not working, and the locks are simply removed.

the store is good, there are always fresh vegetables on the counter and they are always pleasantly decorated, but they did a reconstruction, during which they removed the usual cash registers ( left only 2) and put 13 self-service cash desks due to this innovation, there are constant queues at the regular cash register in the store (not everyone uses cards all the time) and only 1 of the 2 cash registers always works also, the queue is not 2-3 people, but 10 people each, and the store employees are interested in reducing it they do not try to help people who have cards to deal with self-service cash desks, they do not help to figure out how to pay in cash in other ways

But this did not happen as usual! Moving away from the cash register, I noticed that the product was overdue. And then the circus begins, which I encountered in the first. By contacting the store employee about a refund for an expired product, I was refused for the first time! The store grossly violated the law and did not want to give the money for some reason that I do not understand. Because of the senior cashier, I was late for the minibus that day and had to call a taxi to get home! 02/28/2026 I arrived at this store to refund the money again! Out of patience , he called the police to draw up a statement on an administrative offense . I spent 2 hours in the Department of Internal Affairs of the Sovetsky district to write a complaint about the store! As a result, it took almost 2 days for nothing. The staff is not qualified to make the right decisions within the framework of the law. 30 minutes after the Department of Internal Affairs, the store's director called, apologized for the incident and said that the money would be returned to me. Spend so much time and nerves and hear the money will be returned to you..... And it was impossible to return it immediately on 02/27/2026 ? There are simply no words. It turns out that 1 star is the merit of the director, who turned out to be the most adequate in this situation. I like this store. I run in here when I'm around. So today at 10 a.m. there were few customers in the store. I took two hot chebureks, a cup of coffee and 10 minutes of rest. There are always hot and fresh pastries and quite tasty. It was nice to see that the area was expanded for people like me, there was a table with charging outlets and more seats. Thanks guys.
