Great hotel in a perfect central location. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good variety and everything was fresh. The laundry service was also very convenient and quick. Overall, a smooth and enjoyable experience.

It's a very nice hotel. It was occupied in the period from May 28 to May 31. Of course, the room was small, but at the same time it was well equipped. There was a TV, spacious beds, and plenty of outlets for charging gadgets. The hotel staff is helpful and friendly. You can book a guided tour directly from the hotel. I would like to mention the location of the hotel separately. It is located in the very center, literally on Republic Square. The National Gallery of Armenia and the Armenian History Museum are located nearby. It's literally a 10-minute walk to the Opening Day. If you don't know where to find a good place to stay, and at the same time in the very center of Yerevan, then look at Yerevan Place Hotel.

Great hotel. We came here after the May holidays. Friendly reception staff, room cleaning every day, excellent breakfasts (one Sunday they even poured champagne). The location is generally excellent: everything is within walking distance, the taxi always arrives quickly. I recommend it! The only drawback is the door to the toilet and bathroom: the door is glass, sliding, not lockable. If possible, then it would be great to replace it with ordinary doors.

Nice hotel, clean, cozy, the rooms are cleaned daily. The hotel has a restaurant with a summer veranda, excellent service. The hotel is located in the center, but due to the fact that it is in the archway you can not hear the hum of cars, there is always peace and quiet. I definitely recommend it and will come back here.

We stayed in this hotel for three days, passing through from Limassol. The impressions are the best, the room is equipped with everything, there are all the accessories and conditions for a good rest. A comfortable bed, a sofa, all necessary accessories in the bathroom. We will not stay hungry for breakfast, everything you need, various fruits, Armenian tortillas, meat cuts, scrambled eggs, muffins, cheeses, juices, coffee, tea. The most necessary, but fresh and delicious. By time until 11:00. The receptionist was attentive and helpful, and at our request they called a taxi to the airport. The score is a solid 5!!!!!

There are slippers, but no bathrobes. The lamp does not work in the magnifying mirror. She asked me to fix it, but nothing has changed in 4 days. The cons are not critical. I recommend.

In the 25th year, the wedding was celebrated and My Juna wanted to go to Yerevan, which she loved with her soul. When we stopped at Yerevan Place, we were presented with a cake in honor of the wedding. I would like to note the advantages: -comfortable thick mattress, -soft bathrobes and towels, -full breakfast, -panoramic windows, -friendly staff, -much more. Of the disadvantages, you can note the noise outside the window and the door of the room, but apparently someone is a light sleeper. In general, the honeymoon was the same as the honeycomb at breakfast.

Of the advantages: top location, pleasant polite staff, acceptable breakfasts, good rooms. What ruined the impression: as it turned out, having an air conditioner in the room does not mean that you can use it at any time of the year. I was at the hotel in September, +25 outside in the afternoon. The air conditioner seems to be blowing, the climate control allows you to set the temperature. But there is no cooling at all, instead of an air conditioner you just have a fan barely blowing into the ceiling. At the reception, my aunt told me that the air conditioners only work properly during the summer months. The rest of the time, this is the situation throughout the hotel. I can't stand the heat and I'm used to sleeping in the cool. For me, this factor has greatly spoiled the overall impression. I specifically choose an air-conditioned hotel at all times. From the little things: they do not replenish the toothpaste. And there was also such an unpleasant moment, which is probably not the fault of the hotel, but if someone else suddenly bumps into it, it will be significant. I used the Thai massage service. The Thai woman worked professionally, and was satisfied with the massage itself. However, a couple of hours after the massage, I started itching all over my body and a rash. I've never had an allergic reaction in my life. Perhaps I have an individual intolerance to some component of the massage oil, although this is not the first time I have been given a massage. Or maybe they gave me an unwashed towel or bed linen. I'm not presenting this story to the hotel, it's probably just bad luck, but pay attention if you come across something similar.

The hotel is generally normal. But, first they checked into a room for people with limited mobility. It is impossible to take a shower! They moved to another one, and the key looks like the key to the bathroom in the hospital. As a result, the air conditioner is not working there. They refuse to change the number! Explaining that there are no available rooms. The issue is not being resolved. The time is 22:13, they can't check in.

Let's start with the most important thing - a great location! Step out of the beautiful arch and find yourself in the very center of Yerevan – Republic Square. And now about the hotel itself. The rooms are very functional, there is everything you need, even a board with an iron, which is rare now. Julius Meinl coffee and tea, very high-quality toiletries and hygiene products, soft and thick bathrobes and towels… They respond promptly and kindly to requests, they were overpowered in another room because of the noise on the street. Quiet and peaceful! What you need when you walk around the noisy streets and restaurants. We will definitely come here again! Thank you very much!
