Unbelievably bad service. Couriers deliver wrong orders, drop them at the wrong address, or hand them over damaged, and the company takes zero responsibility. Every complaint gets the same copy-paste response blaming the restaurant or the shop. You lose your money, you lose your time, and nothing changes. I switched to my supermarket's delivery app. It takes a bit longer, but the order is always correct and always on time. That shouldn't feel like a luxury, but here we are. Screenshotted is my order from last night. Couriers came high, was an hour late and company did absolutely nothing other than giving me generic “we’ll contact the restaurant” The issue wasn’t a restaurant, I order from that same place every other day, the issue wasn’t their delivery person but they didn’t seem to care

Well, the hotel called for a Yandex Go taxi in Yerevan, to pick me up to the Airport, from centrum it was about 15km, maximum. The driver charged me with 6350AMD, he didn't want to accept card, so I gave to him one bill of 20.000 AMD. He started to tell me something in armenian, I thought that he is asking me if I want the receipt, but meantime he concealed that bill of 20.000 AMD and sharply changed with one of 1000 AMD, telling me that's not enough. I had around 6.000AMD left, but he didn't wanted, so asked me 20 Euros. Such unprofessional taxi driver, soo shameful experience.. I really enjoy Armenia, wanted to come back in October, but he made me to avoid this country... Shame on you, YANDEX!!!

Yandex has a solid presence in Armenia, the office building was chosen with an eye to the future, the negative feedback about the support service is surprising, I've never contacted it myself and I can't say anything, but I use Yandex maps and navigator and also ordered a taxi and I can rate it all with five stars!

Yandex.Food systematically cheats its customers. I ordered food in Yerevan in the amount of 7500 AMD. The courier did not even enter the territory of the residential complex, let alone the specified entrance and floor. Then I closed the order and that's it. Then the support led by the nose in the chat for exactly a day, and on the second day they stopped contacting and responding at all. I collected all the evidence from the restaurant where I went and made sure that my order was collected and given to the courier before all the surveillance cameras, but unfortunately Yandex doesn't care about my data collection and they just decided to dump me. Disgusting service and fraud that's the whole Yandex.

I want to complain about the driver's behavior during the trip. From the very beginning, the driver spoke to us in a rude and disrespectful manner and stated that he could not have taken our order at all. Despite this, he still accepted the trip, after which he continued the conflict communication. I ask the support service to check this case carefully and take appropriate measures against the driver. I consider such treatment of passengers unacceptable. If such behavior violates the rules of the service, please consider suspending the driver's access to orders or terminating cooperation with him.

Be as careful as possible when ordering Yandex Courier, in case of problems, support simply does not exist. The response is a template "collecting information" and is ignored. After 10-20-30-40 minutes, no one cares, and you suffer alone with your order. In general, it's a horror, not a service. And they don't forget to write off the money. In addition, the chat function with the courier in the iOS app (the latest version) has not been working for the fifth month. In case of problems, photos or barcodes cannot be sent to the courier. I wrote to support, I just heard my echo there. It was only 3 days later that "did something happen?". It's like trolling.

In the app, you're looking at standard 2100 frames, premium 9700 frames, and a black minivan is drawn. You choose a minivan, some ordinary Chinese ***** arrives (an ordinary sedan car). To the question "how so?", the driver tries to explain that this car has "beautiful headlights", therefore it is premium.
